Job Description

Job Description1 The objective of command centre operations is to provide quality monitoring & operations support to our customer and to maintain their infrastructure properly to ensure that the business of our customer does not get impacted. We need to find ways to enhance the current infrastructure service levels to improve the business services of our customer.

Job Description2 Monitoring and operation of various technological components (such as Servers, Databases, Middleware, Network Elements, Storage & Backup) using various monitoring tools.

Job Description3 Run the necessary operating procedures to recover the services. Raise the issues / incidents in the incident management tool(s). Run regular activities for the maintenance and delivery of the service.

Job Description4 Help India command centre team with translation of the alert messages, raise the incidents in the tools in Spanish, create reports & translation of documents from Spanish to English and Vice Versa.

Job Description5 Support the India command center team with Spanish skills. Play Translator role during Transition etc. Provide basic level of training in Spanish to the India command centre team

Job Description6 Act as an interface between the India command centre team and the onsite Spanish team. Proactive monitoring and suggestions for improvements

Measurable results expected from the intern

• Collaborate with the India command centre team of around 40 people and support them in command centre operations • Ensure that no critical alerts are missed from monitoring • Ensure that all the incidents are provided with detailed explanation in Spanish • Provide language support (for documents, reports etc) and train the team of around 40 resources in basic Spanish
