Insights Discovery
“90% of top performers are highly self-aware, compared to the bottom fifth of performers, who have low self-awareness.” - Forbes
Insights Discovery helps to increase self-awareness in individuals and amongst teams. It helps to promote effective relationships at work, improved communication, decreasing conflict and freeing up more time to focus on getting the job done.
What is it?
The self-awareness journey starts off with a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. The tool helps individuals to understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of workplace relationships.
Insights Discovery makes use of a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style; strengths and the value they bring to the team. These are known as the colour energies and are formed of a mix of: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies.
Who is this for?
Insights Discovery is for anyone who:
Needs or wants to understand the impact of their personal style.
