THE DIPLOMA IN PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY
Provides a holistic understanding of the organisation and the added value achieved through procurement and supply chain management. It focuses on foundational processes and procedures including sourcing principles, KPIs in procurement, negotiating and contracting and relationship management.
The duration is 10 x 2 day blocks over nine months
THE BASICS OF STORES & STOCK CONTROL – BSSC
Covers the principles of stores and warehousing and the essential disciplines required to maintain control in the warehousing environment. It is aimed at Stores Clerks, Receiving Clerks, Dispatching Clerks, Pickers and Supervisors.
The duration is 9 x 4.5 hour sessions over three months
THE PRINCIPLES OF PRODUCTION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – PPIM
Introduces the tools and techniques for planners employed at each and every stage in the end-to-end supply chain. It enables candidates to gain a holistic understanding of the supply chain and empowers them to make confident and sound decisions. The PPIM is aimed at Planners, (Demand Planners, Supply Planners and Master Production Schedulers).
The duration is 19 x 3 hour sessions over six months.
CERTIFIED IN PRODUCTION & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT – CPIM
Provides managers with the essential terminology, concepts, strategies and methodologies related to demand and supply management, sales & operations planning, master scheduling and continuous improvement.
The duration is 10 x 2 day blocks over 12 months.
CERTIFIED IN LOGISTICS, TRANSPORTATION & DISTRIBUTION – CLTD
Provides managers with the essential body of knowledge in logistics, transportation and distribution. Each module will further empower candidates with an understanding of best practices, knowledge and skills necessary to maximise the organisations efficiency and impact the bottom line.
The duration is 3 x 2 day blocks over two months.
