THE NEW PROJECT Duration: February 2017 – January 2019 (24 months)
Objectives:
• To strengthen the capacity of national and EU social partners to actively engage in national and European social dialogue on skills development
• To address the deep transformations affecting our sectors in terms of activities, occupations and quality of work
Focuses: skills development but also the consequences of the sector transformations in terms of business models, work organisation, Human Resources and career management
