The 1st column shows your student’s grades on specific assignments, as well as their performance overall in a category.
![Page 9: Accessing Your Student's Grades on the eLC](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042906/589e806d1a28ab300b8b7041/html5/thumbnails/9.jpg)
The 2nd column shows the point range for the assignment or category.

The 3rd column shows the percentage, so you can tell how your student is doing at a glance.

Notice that assignments that do not yet have a grade have a dash ( - ) in them.
![Page 12: Accessing Your Student's Grades on the eLC](https://reader034.vdocuments.mx/reader034/viewer/2022042906/589e806d1a28ab300b8b7041/html5/thumbnails/12.jpg)
If there is a zero instead of a dash, the student may not have turned in this assignment or this may have been the student’s 3rd late assignment.
Per the CCS Late Work Policy, students are allowed 2 late items (2 graces) in the first semester. After that, late submissions will be given a zero unless an exception is granted by administration.
Please ask your student and the teacher for details on any work with a zero. To make an appeal for an additional grace, contact the Upper School Director.
