Accessing your client’s Annual Benefit Statements online

Step 1 – Go to www.avivabroker.ie, and click on the View Existing Policies quick link on the right hand side of the screen.

Step 2 – Enter your WriteNow login details.

Step 3 – Search for your client or policy - you can do this by either searching by the policy number or the customer details.

Step 4 – When the policy returns in the search, as shown below, click on the Correspondence button under the policy information as highlighted below.

Step 5 - To view the statement, tick the radio button on the left hand side of the statement. The View Document button will then appear underneath. Click on the View Document button.

Step 6 - Your statement will open as a pdf. You can use the menu bar at the bottom to either print or save this document.
