Do you or someone you know need help to live at home?With one phone call to the Queensland Community Support Scheme Access Point, you can find out about services available locally to help people live independently at home and in their community.

The Access Point will give you information about services such as help around the home, assistance with showering, accessing the community, and much more.

The Access Point staff will talk to you about how you are coping with daily living, assess your Queensland Community Support Scheme eligibility and determine the support you need to remain living independently in your home.
