What is disability ?Those who have physical, cognitive, mental,
sensory, emotional impairment which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective participations in society on an equal basis with others.

functionality, and possible benefit, of some system or entity and is used to describe the degree to which a prodact such as a device, service, environment is accessible by as many people as possible.
AccessibilityThe term is used for:1. International human rights instrument of the
United Nations –intended to protect the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities ( Convention on the Rightss of Persons with Disabilities).
2. Universal design -meant to produce buildings, products and anvironments that are inherently accessible to both people without disabilities and people with disabilities.
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, recognizes accessibilty as a basic human right.
