On-Site Commissioning

Reader Options commissioning service is available Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 17:00. Please book at least 2 to 3 days in advance to avoid disappointment. For further details and costs please call 0844 7365745.

Technical Support

Hot-line Telephone Support is available from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Please call 07984 712830 for assistance. Out of hours support can be provided by prior arrangement.

Training

Training courses can be provided on any of the supplied hardware or software products and can be tailored to meet our client’s specific requirements. Please call 0844 7365745 for further information and costs.

Remote Support

We also provide a full remote service facility. This can be used for

troubleshooting, additional training or even software demonstrations.

This is a free service for our customers during normal business hours.

You will need to obtain a 4 digit PIN security code from your support

technician in order to proceed. To obtain your PIN please call us free on

0800 817 4259 and select option 3.

The technician will then connect to your computer to analyse your

software installation. You will retain control for the duration of this

session and can terminate the session at anytime.

Warranty and repair

All equipment we supply is backed by our comprehensive two year

warranty. Every component including Lithium batteries is included.

The only exclusions are vandalism or wilful damage.

This guarantee is backed up by a UK based repair and support centre

that is staffed by factory trained engineers.

If for any reason we are unable to repair warranty equipment, we will

always replace old with new.

Any non warranty equipment we cannot repair will be replaced on an

exchange basis.

Our repair costs are some of the lowest in the UK

Networkable Access Control Units AC–115 Compact Networked Single Door Controller The AC-115 is a compact, powerful, quick and easy to install all-in-one networked single door controller. It provides extremely cost-effective solutions for small networked applications of up to 8 doors. This unit can control 2400 users (In/Out), with advanced security rules and features, and includes user-friendly PC software for management, configuration, monitoring, and reporting. The AC-115 includes a built-in sounder for doorbell, chime and alarm sounds, and a built-in backup battery charger.

AC-215 The AC-215 is a networked, multi-door controller which provides administrators with complete premise access control.

The AC-215U is suitable for applications with up to 5000 users across a modular 2046 doors, allowing maximum flexibility for securing a growing enterprise. Each AC-215U Access Control Unit (ACU) supports two readers (In/Out) of various formats including standard Wiegand 26-bit. Each ACU can be set to work as a single or double door controller.

Starter Kits The starter Kit is cost effective solution perfect for the basic access control system where two doors or two readers are necessary to maintain tight access control to your workspace, with the flexibility of networking and real-time management software. Networkable Access Control Units (cont) AC–225 /225IP Advanced Scalable Networked Access Controller The single/dual door AC-225 networked access controller is the backbone of the system handling up to 30,000 users and 4092 doors. Driven by our powerful, flexible and easy to use software, the system provides an ideal, modular and expandable solution for commercial and institutional needs. It provides seamless integration with our range of RFID Proximity, PIN, PIN & PROX, Mifare, Smartcard and biometric readers. The AC225 can be expanded to a Four Door/Reader capacity with the addition of the MD-02 Expansion Board

AC-825 IP The AC-825IP is a state-of-the-art 4-door networked access controller and is the backbone of a medium-scale to high-scale security system. The controller comes with one onboard expansion slot and can be further expanded by connecting up to 16 expansion boards via OSDP*. Using only D-805 door expansion boards, a single AC-825IP can handle up to 72 doors and 60,000 users. Driven by AxTraxNG™ our powerful, flexible, and easy-to-use software – the system provides an ideal modular and expandable solution for commercial and institutional needs. The AC-825IP features a spacious and lockable metal enclosure that includes a control board, power switcher, built-in power management board/charger, sounder, and a revolutionary enclosure illumination bar that lights up when the enclosure is opened. Each AC-825IP access control unit (ACU) supports up to 4 doors (In/Out) via Wiegand protocol and 2 doors via OSDP, each with 2 inputs and 1 output. The suite has Clients and Servers capable of viewing multiple local and remote sources, recording video for local or remote playback, enabling exporting recordings to preserve evidence. integrated with Rosslare’s AxTrax Networked Access Control Software for a high level of hardware and software integration for panel's video and access-control functions.

VeriTimeTM Time & Attendance PC software application for AS-525 Is a multiple client software which interacts with the main server database. Allows advanced Time & Attendance operations such as payroll and specialized reports for multi-shift, multi-activity, and multiple employee remuneration. Each client requires a separated HASP key. The software installation files are included in AS-525 software CD-ROM, and is also available for downloading from the Rosslare Support server.
