� foil wrapped (low maintenance) or veneered in beech, maple or oak.

Door furniture is available in brass or Aluminium (SAA).

WallsChoose from either pre-finished, low maintenance, vinyl faced plasterboard withcover strips at each joint or dry lined plasterboard finished in emulsion paint froma range of colours.

CeilingsOur standard ceiling height is 2.4 metres. Your ceiling can be fitted withpre-finished, low maintenance, vinyl faced plasterboard, or dry lined plasterboardfinished in emulsion paint with a colour of your choice. Alternatively, you canchoose to have a ceiling tile grid system with a choice of tiles from our range.

Climate controlClimate control units, for cooling or heating, with external condenser units.

LightingA range of low energy (Cat 2) fittings is available to suit the needs of youraccommodation.

ElectricalYour accommodation will be pre-wired and delivered with all electricalconnections and power sockets installed.

Three compartment trunking for computer systems, either at skirting level or dadoheight, can be fitted.

Fire SystemsOur quotation will include for all smokedetectors, break glass points, sounders andcontrol panel, to comply with currentregulations.
