ACCA programme enrolment requirements:

- Copy of your registration with ACCA. This can be a letter showing the ACCA number or a copy of the ID cardfrom ACCA

- Exemption details from ACCA

- ACCA exam statements, if there are any

MBA/MSc programme requirements to be provided once you have completed all ACCA papers:

- CV / Resume (in English)- Two passport size photos

Important:

Based on the completed ACCA papers students will be awarded exemptions from the MBA/MSc syllabus. The number of exemptions from the MBA / MSc in Finance syllabi and the corresponding number of modules you would need to takewill be determined by the Admissions Board. Exemptions cannot be guaranteed ahead of confirmation from the Admissions Board,and is subject to validation.

Students who will not be awarded maximum exemptions from the MBA/MSc syllabus on ACCA modules including P5will be required to study 1 or more additional modules, at a cost of £950 each. This will be payable prior to the start of

the MBA/MSc programme in addition to the fees quoted above, once exemptions are confirmed.

Sponsorship of the masters’ course fees provided by Oracle Capital Group covers the tuition fees only and does notinclude incidentals such as textbooks and exam entry/assessment fees (£158 per module), dissertation mentoringfees (£250), dissertation submission fees (£250) and final academic board presentation fees (£150), and fees forexemptions and deferrals. Students are responsible for payment of such fees which are mandatory for enrolment and

progression on the masters’ course.

Shipping cost for ACCA materials (books) are not included and are to be settled separately - £10 UK, £20 EU,£35 Worldwide.

Important Terms:

2. It is your responsibility to complete your ACCA registration requirements and register yourself for the ACCAexaminations

3. The number of exemptions from the MBA / MSc in Finance syllabi and the corresponding number of modules youwould need to take will be determined by the Admissions Board. Exemptions cannot be guaranteed ahead ofconfirmation from the Admissions Board, and is subject to validation.

4. This application form serves to enrol you on the ACCA programme, provides an indication of your intention to applyfor the MBA / MSc programme (subject to validation), and to fix the special offer tuition fees. A separate fullapplication form for the MBA / MSc programme must be submitted after completion of the full ACCA programmeand prior to the MBA / MSc course start date (subject to validation). Your eligibility for the MBA / MSc programmewould then be evaluated and you may then be offered admission to the programme. While your application will bepre-evaluated now, admission cannot be guaranteed. In the unlikely event we register you now but are unable toadmit you to the MBA / MSc programme upon completion of your ACCA exams, a partial refund of the differencebetween the fees paid and our normal ACCA fees will be offered.

5. The balance must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to the first published cousrse commencement date. Ifpayment is made after this date, the standard published fees will be applied.

6. The special fees offer is only available for students who complete their ACCA exams with LSBF.7. Printed copy materials may be provided where shipment fees are paid. Please note that the delivery of books is

subject to stock levels and therefore, delivery may not be immediate upon purchase.

Important: Students must pass or be exempted from all the ACCA papers (F1-P3 + 2 options papers) prior to

commencing the MBA course. For the avoidance of doubt, students will not be admitted on to the MBA course wherethey have failed to pass (or be exempted from) the above papers.

Terms and Conditions*:

1. To book a place on a course, either the full fee or a 50% deposit is required.2. All deposits received are for the sole purpose of reserving a course place and are non-

refundable, save as provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.3. InterActive Pro Limited reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per annum on overdue

amounts, which will be charged on all accounts more than 7 days overdue.4. A charge of £50 will be made for each dishonoured payment agreement. The School

reserves the right to report offenders to ACCA.5. A deferral can be processed up to one future intake (one year) if InterActive is notified in

writing in advance. An administration charge of £50 (Inc. VAT) will be invoiced by InterActiveand is to be paid before a deferral can be processed.

7. Students must pass 14 ACCA papers (i.e.: F1 –P2) prior to commencing the MBA/MSccourse. For the avoidance of doubt, students will not be admitted on to the MBA/MSc coursewhere they have failed to pass the above papers. Exemption and programme structure aresubject to validation. The awarding body for the MBA/MSc course will be one of LSBF’spartner universities (subject to validation); however, awarding bodies are subject to changefrom time to time. The School's obligations shall be discharged by providing tuition leading toa recognised MBA/MSc award by a recognised awarding body. The School reserves the rightto change the awarding body, and will notify the student as soon as reasonably practicable. Inlight of this, the student agrees that they shall have no claim based on changes to theawarding bodies.

8. The School reserves the right to dismiss any student at any time for non-payment of fees. Nofees will be refunded to any student dismissed under this section.

9. Where a student has been removed from the School under Clause 8 (above), the School isrequired to inform the appropriate authorities.

10. Fees are published separately for each semester and are payable by all students studying atthe time unless they have paid full fees prior to the publication of the new fees. Paying adeposit does not prevent any fee increase being applied. Promotions and offers may haverestricted eligibility requirements and may change periodically.

11. All fees exclude amounts payable to the professional body for student registration,exemptions and examination entries.

12. Availability of the online resources cannot be guaranteed due to reasons beyond the School’scontrol, including but not limited to, technical faults and limitations.

13. Eligibility to benefit from a sponsored masters’ course is strictly restr icted to students who pay

their full fees at least 15 days prior to the published start date of the programme.

14. Oracle Capital Group sponsorship programme for the masters’ course fees covers thetuition fees only and does not include incidentals such as textbooks and exam

Your enrolment on a course of study (including the issue of an offer letter) requires sharing ofpersonal information about you (including “Sensitive Personal Information”) between theUniversity and the School. You give your express permission for the sharing of information forthe purposes of managing your application, enrolment, academic achievement, feesmanagement and related activities. All information will be held and processed in accordancewith the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

16. In order to comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000,students will be entitled to a full refund if they notify InterActive of their desire to cancel within7 days of registration and payment. This provision is subject to the student not using theonline study platform for more than 30 minutes.

17. All Applications for refunds must be made via our online channel. Students must submit aticket at http://livesupport.lsbf.org.uk. Applications for refunds which are not submitted inaccordance with the above will not be considered. In any event, full terms and conditions can
