Your AAM will contact you if he/she has not received your signed agreement prior to
migration.

• Cisco Academies have a direct relationship and agreement with Cisco; they understand the full value of their membership and are accountable for program quality
• No more system messages from parent institutions
• No longer have the “support your locals” links in Academy Connection
• In Alpha, a Cisco Academy can change their ASC by contacting the support desk

1. Migrated users log in to Academy Connection, and are prompted to update their user profile and accept a new user agreement
2. Migrated users will see a “New Experience” banner in Academy Connection
3. After completing the steps for updating profiles, migrated users can participate in the new Communities, and access their Learn or Manage tabs
