accumulation discovery regarding crime and criminal life as it happens in facts, reality thatcan be seen, of course, by the people who aknowledge discovery, namely a elite corps of criminal police personnel and the work could not begin until after the candidate hasattended the Institute of Criminology and criminal Technique, or a higher School of Scientific police, and where only career start at the level of Commissioner for all applicantswho tend to senior.
