On-SETS• Teaches spatial relationships and
set theory• Players create/describe sets of
objects: union, intersection, set difference, set complement, universe, null set

On-SETS• Each division level of competition
introduces increasingly more difficult mathematical concepts for players
• Adds age-appropriate variations• Players create solutions to challenge
mathematical reasoning of other players.

Equations• Game of creative mathematics• Involves authentic learning
experiences and problem-solving at its highest level
• All grade levels use same rules

Equations• Each division of competition introduces
increasingly more difficult mathematical concepts
• Concepts (factorials, fractions, averages, negative numbers, decimals) are used in all age divisions

powers and roots, imaginary numbers, and may work in bases other than 10

LinguiSHTIK• Name came from 60’s and 70’s when
people enjoyed doing their “ShtiK”• Language Arts game• Challenges players to improve
grammar, vocabulary, spelling and writing skills

sentences with proper grammar application
• Each division of competition introduces increasingly more difficult grammatical concepts for players to use

Propaganda• Players must recognize techniques of
propaganda used in speaking and advertising
• Players identify techniques of persuasion used by politicians, editorial writers, and in printed materials

Presidents• Formerly called Mr. President• Fact-based game• Students answer questions about the
personal and professional lives of U.S. Presidents
