Food Sensations for Adults Monday 17, 24 Feb, 9, 16 March. 9.30am-12pm in the Craft Room

Over 4 weekly sessions, you will learn to cook some tasty, easy recipes and get involved in some fun nutrition activities.

4 core topics of this course:

• Healthy eating• Label reading and food selection• Meal planning and budgeting• Food safety, preparation and cooking

Places are limited and bookings are essential

Seniors Centre 30th Birthday Ball Friday 24 April, 4-7pm

Cheers to 30 years! Join a night of glitz and glamour as we celebrate 30 years with some sparkle! Tickets include live music, a glass of bubbly on arrival, 1 drink token, hors d’oeuvres and dinner.

Tickets $60 members only, on sale at reception from Monday 2 March. Non-member tickets released at the start of April.

Biggest Morning Tea - Cake Baking Contest Friday 29 May 9.30-11am in the Dining Room

Raise funds for Cancer Council, show off your baking skills and treat your sweet tooth at the same time.

Morning Tea—$5 minimum donation to attend, includes cake tasting, light morning tea, a cuppa plus fun and

games. Cake Baking Contest registration—$5 at reception. Deadline: COB 28 May.

Caversham Wildlife Park Wednesday 26 Feb

$79 – morning tea and lunch included. RSVP Wednesday 19 Feb
