JASON INDUSTRIALHeadquartered in Fairfield, NJ (with distribution centers in Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Carol Stream, IL; Portland, OR and Los Angeles, CA as well as Canada,
Mexico and throughout Central and South America), Jason was acquired by the Megadyne Group in 2007. Jason is a leading manufacturer of power transmission belting - synchronous, V, Multi-V, banded - belts as well as industrial and hydraulic hose. Jason’s years of success have been built upon a solid foundation of service, inventory and logistics management.
BELT CORPORATIONBelt Corporation of America (BCA) was founded in 1985 in Cumming, GA. Soon after its founding, BCA became the preferred source for any belt application that
moved paper related product. Throughout the years BCA continued to build its processes, materials, capabilities and belt machined modification skills to become a leader in its industry. BCA was acquired by the Megadyne Group in 2014 and continues to expand its capabilities. Today Megadyne Belt Corporation works very closely with its sister division Megadyne America to serve various applications in a broad range of industries including VFFS and Capping belts for the packaging industry.
SAMPLA BELTINGMegadyne moved into the conveyor business in 2013 with the acquisition of the Turkish PVC manufacturer Rultrans. Megadyne further enhanced its conveyor
line in 2015 with the addition of Sampla Belting in Milan, Italy. Sampla’s US manufacturing site is located in Lackawanna, NY and serves as the primary conveyor facility for the Americas. Megadyne Sampla’s complete conveyor portfolio, Megaconvey, offers a broad range of high quality lightweight PVC, TPU and Fabric conveyor belt and embossing profiles for use in a broad range of industries.
The cornerstone of today’s Megadyne Americas, a member of the Megadyne Group, was laid in 1993 when Megadyne (Mathi, Italy)
and Jason Industrial (Fairfield, NJ), worked together to establish Megadyne America - a urethane timing belt manufacturing plant in Charlotte, NC. In 2007, Megadyne acquired Jason Industrial. In 2014, Megadyne acquired Belt Corporation of America, headquartered in Cumming, GA and in 2015 acquired Sampla Belting, with manufacturing and fabrication in Lackawanna, NY. Today these companies form Megadyne Americas, which serves North, Central and South America. Megadyne Americas offers a full range of power transmission, conveyor and specialty belts; and industrial and hydraulic hose, couplings, equipment and accessories.
