Design and buildIf you are at the initial stage of your project we excel

in providing a full design and build service, having

years of practical design experience. When designing

your proposals we will consider your budget and brief

and incorporate the most cost effective and practical

design to ensure that your investment is maximised.

Already have architects designs? We work with several

architects, cost consultants and project managers, with

our practical experience we can value engineer your

designs with a aim of achieving at least a 5% cost saving.

As a Charted Building Company our duties towards

professionalism” Our approach to your project is

driven by client satisfaction at all times. We aim to

provide a full professional service, contributing to

cost effective value engineering and throughout your

THE CENTRE AT BRINSWORTH, ROTHERHAM

A new design and build Community CentreWe were appointed by Brinsworth Parish Council to

demolish their current community hall and construct

a modern community hall under a design and build

contract. The building hosts a resource centre, cafe,

IT and meeting rooms. A vaulted main hall with the

capacity for large functions served by a commercial

kitchen and bar.

The project came with many challenges; firstly, to

create the new car park a 3.5m high retaining wall

was constructed in sections due to being close to the

existing building. The location of the project being

close to the busy junction, along with the adjacent

school and surrounding neighbours meant that

logistics on site were planned thoroughly.

Overall we enjoyed working with the

Cadam team and would have no difficulty

recommending them on other projects

BROOM HILL CARE CENTRE, CHESTERFIELD

Design and build of new 16 bedroom care homeFrom design to completion, we worked very close

with our client to fully design and specify the building,

drawing upon our past care home experience.

A project with many challenges! From the outset all the

trees surrounding the building are protected, with access

up a narrow steep drive for all the deliveries. This meant

planning of the project’s logistics had to be revised daily.

Design elements, being cut into the land and the roof

structure brought many technical challenges.

The care home aims to be sustainable as we integrated

9KW of solar panels into this roof structure and air

source heat pumps.

All three plots were completed to an exceptional
