Dr. Dinesh Tyagi, Director

Dr. Dinesh Tyagi belongs to Indian Administrative Services, 1981 of Manipur-Tripura Cadre. He

worked in the Tripura State in various capacities as Secretary Education and Principal Secretary

Finance. He has also worked as Director in the Banking Division, Ministry of Finance. He was

Custodian of Special Court at 1992 (Harshad Mehta Scam) in the Finance Ministry. He has been

Director on the Board of Syndicate Bank, United Bank of India and Indian Bank. He has also been

director on the Board of Financial Institutions such as Small Industries Development Bank of India

(SIDBI) and North-Eastern Development Financial Institute (NITFI) and Industrial Investment Bank of

India (IIBI).

Dr. Dinesh Tyagi has worked as Chief Executive Officer (CSC Scheme) with Infrastructure Leasing

and Financial Services Limited. He is also working as Advisor to SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited

and Managing Director of M/s. Bharat Technical Solutions Private Limited (a SREI Group of

Companies)

Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Director

Mr. Pradeep Kumar has brought on board over 30 years of operations experience with him. He has

been at key positions of multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific, Union

Carbide India and as COO of Singapore listed, Thakral Corporation Ltd.

He has exceptional skills in capability building via leadership development and systemic

improvement. He is a mechanical engineer with postgraduate qualifications in general management.

Pradeep is also a qualified "Jonah" for teaching the subject of "Theory Of Constraints". This

knowledge when applied to business situations delivers exceptional results in very short time.

Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Director

Mr. Dinesh Agarwal, Chartered Accountant qualified in 1987 and has experience of catering to the

needs of diversified clientele which include national as well as multinational companies. He has the

experience of providing consultancy in strategic planning, preparation of project reports, business

development strategies, developing MIS, suggesting cost controls measures negotiating and facilitating

joint ventures for both foreign, as well as Indian clients.

Acted as consultant and advisor to the Custodian, The Special Court (Trial of offences relating to

Securities Transaction) Act. 1992, a body of Government of India, investigating securities scams in

India. He has also undertaken consultancy assignment for large project on behalf of United Nations. 

He is also an advisor to the State Health Department of Govt of Uttar Pradesh India.   Besides he is

heading a team of diversified professionals serving clients in diversified interest such as

telecommunication, information technology, flexible packaging, paper, leather, electrical & home

appliances, tobacco, entertainment, defence equipment, agriculture, consumer goods industry, exports,

chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, banking and financial & capital markets.

Mr. Apurv Kansal, Director

Mr. Apurv Kansal started his career as an IT professional and is a qualified MBA in Information Technology and Systems from IBS, Hyderabad. He is Director and Head – IT and IS at Arete Consultants Pvt Lt which he co-founded in 2004. He is experienced in providing Web-based IT solutions to the clients which include multinational companies in diversified fields. He has intensive experience in various information systems management and development in IT, Communications, Manufacturing, Government, Engineering, Electronics, Healthcare, Microfinance, Retail and Hospitality industries.

He has conducted various engagements related to IT internal control reviews, standards compliances, and information security reviews.

He has developed training courses in a particularly niche segment of web application security and its awareness. He has conducted various training sessions and lectures at ISO/CMM certified companies across India. He is also associated with several IT and IT-intensive companies in advisory position for continuing assessment of security risks and creating capabilities to counter such attacks by establishing in-house security & anti-hacking divisions.

He has also established a global network of solution providers to support on- the-ground issues of companies facing security threats.

Lt. Gen. Mohinder Puri (Retd.), Head – Security Solutions

Lt. Gen. Mohinder Puri is a seasoned defence officer, having 40 years of diverse experience in various

managerial, leadership and senior leadership roles in the Indian Armed Forces. Assessed, conceived

and developed security requirements. Managed and directed security operations at the tactical as well

as strategic levels.

Deep insight and hands on experience in formulation and implementation of policy for detection,

assessment and response to multi-level threats, through multi agency coordination and use of current

technology. International experience in Intrusion & Perimeter control, Vital Installation Security,

Terrorism containment, evacuation and collateral damage control.

Adept at formulating and directing effective training & communication programmes for large

organizations facing diverse threats. Proven and tried capability of planning and successfully

conducting communication drives for large population aimed at generating sensitization & awareness

and ensuring compliance.
