Triptych: Global Arts Workshop (est. 1988) Triptych Global Arts Workshop (T-GAW) is a leading European art gallery with dealerships in the UK and Asia., situated in the very heart of Kiev’s famous St Andrew’s Descent. As Ukraine’s oldest commercial art gallery, founded in 1988, it remains its most successful commercial art space, with an established reputation for high professionalism and innovation. In the past 28 years, T-GAW has played a leading role in the cultural life of the capital, having organized thousands of art exhibitions, hosted numerous foreign delegations, and taken part in numerous projects in collaboration with many global brands, from Ferrari to Forbes. The gallery is known to the business community of Ukraine, embassies, international organizations, and is an established name on the global art map. It is the home of the largest private collection of Ukrainian Socialist Realist paintings. In September 2014, the gallery was rebranded under the direction of owner and managing director Myroslava Hartmond (Halushka), Research Associate of the University of Oxford. Her work focuses on soft power & cultural diplomacy: the branding of states and national cultures in the international arena. T-GAW frequently hosts international artists and speakers, academic lectures and events, workshops, as well as a range of private and corporate events. We advise private and corporate clients on art investment, corporate collection building, and creative marketing.

MYROSLAVAHARTMOND

Myroslava Hartmond (Halushka) is the owner and Managing Director of Triptych: Global Arts Workshop, and a Research Associate of the Centre for International Studies, University of Oxford. Her practical work in the field of cultural diplomacy is the basis for her research into how states can harness their cultural potential to exert influence in the field of international relations. A qualified expert in cultural diplomacy, Myroslava provides consulting services both in Ukraine and internationally. She currently advises the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Her family owns one of the most prominent collections of Ukrainian paintings in the world. It includes important works from the Soviet period: Socialist Realist art and Non-Conformist art, as well as artworks of the top contemporary names – including the largest private collection of Ivan Marchuk. She has been working with Ukrainian fine art since 2009 in the UK and Ukraine, and since 2011 in mainland China and Hong Kong. Myroslava holds degrees from the University of Oxford (MPhil International Relations, 2014, thesis on Soviet art exhibitions of the Cold War) and the Institute of International Relations, Kyiv National University (BA(Hons) International Law, 2012, thesis on art restitution among USSR successor states).
