As a subsidiary of Denmark based Scan-Group, our history in shipping and logistics dates back to 1969. From

Scan-Group, Shipco Transport was founded in 1988 and has organically grown into one of the world's leading

neutral NVOCCs.

Headquartered in Chatham, New Jersey, Shipco Transport operates more than 75 offices in over 30 countries

across 5 continents and employs over 2,200 people. Our company's truly intermodal character offering Air

Shipco Timeline

1988New York,USA

Shipco Transport Inc. was established as a subsidiary of Scan-Group A/S,

Copenhagen.The first Shipco Transport office pened its doors in September 1988 in New

York City and was originally started to receive FCL Cargo out of Asia. Through changing

market conditions and growing uncertainty, Shipco quickly found a stable place within the

market as a LCL Consolidator, the main focus of the company to this day.

1989Los Angeles, USA

Shipco opened its doors in Los Angeles, catering to the Trans Pacific market.

1990Chicago, USA

In July 1990, Shipco Transport Chicago was established to provide a presence in the

Central time zone and to offer international NVOCC services to the vast Midwest industrial

and agricultural regions of the United States.

Houston, USA

Shipco Transport Houston was established to specifically cater to the project

transportation business and general transportation in the very important USA Gulf

Region.

1991London, UK

As the first step towards a global presence, Shipco Transport Ltd., London was

established initially to handle and promote traffic between the USA and the UK eventually

expanding into other markets, both for export and import.

1992New York, USA

After only four years, the progress made drove the need to move Shipco Transport New

York to a large facility in Hoboken, NJ. This facility is home to the Americas Regional office

to this day.

1993Charleston, USA

Charleston joined the mix. As a further expansion into the southern United States and to

provide an important hub for the region, Shipco Transport Charleston was established on

September 13, 1993.

Singapore, Singapore Colombo, Sri Lanka

Shipco Transport offices in Singapore and Colombo were established to provide Shipco

Transport with a presence in Asia.

1994New York Airfreight, USA

By establishing an Airfreight Division in New York the fall of 1994, Shipco Transport

became multimodal and thereby able to offer the industry a full range of international

transportation services.

Seattle, USA

With a growing demand for providing customer service and infrastructure in the Pacific

Northwest region of the United States, Shipco Transport Seattle was established on

October 1, 1994.

1995Miami, USA

Miami has always been recognized as the USA gateway to Latin America. With Shipco

Transport's expansion offering services into the Central and South American markets,

presence with an own office in Miami became a necessity. On April 1, 1995, Shipco Miami

opened for business.

Port Klang, Malaysia

Shipco Transport Sdn. Bhd., Port Klang, was established on April 7, 1995 to further

service the growing customer base in Malaysia and to establish a presence in the main

deep sea port in Port Klang.

Atlanta, USA

Shipco Atlanta was established on October 2, 1995 to further enhance the coverage of

southern United States and to participate in one of the fastest growing markets in the USA.

Chicago Airfreight, USA

A productive year, Shipco Transport also added an air office in Chicago, giving us a

foothold in the USA.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Shipco Transport Denmark A/S was established to cater to the growing demand for a

neutral provider of NVOCC services in Denmark. The first day of business was November

1, 1995. Shipco Transport was now established in Scan Group's "Home Port" of

Copenhagen.

Airfreight, USA

Shipco Airfreight became authorized by IATA (CNS) in 1995.

1996Hong Kong, China

Shipco Transport (HK) Ltd. was established on July 15, 1996, approximately one year

prior to the "hand-over" of Hong Kong. The Group experienced a rapid growth in traffic

both to and from this important Asian gateway. Where other companies were leaving

Hong Kong during this period, Scan Group decided to invest in this very important region.

Penang, Malaysia

Coverage in Malaysia expanded with the establishment of Shipco Transport Sdn. Bhd.

Penang on December 1, 1996.

San Francisco, USA

With volumes growing in and out of the Bay Area of Northern California, Shipco Transport

San Francisco was established on December 1, 1996 to further strengthen ties to the local

business community.

Los Angeles Airfreight,USA Miami Airfreight, USA

Airfreight offices in Los Angeles and Miami were opened, now covering the 4 main USA

gateways.

New York Airfreight, USA

In 1996, the Airfreight Division in New York (EWR) was segregated and moved to its own

facilities close to Newark Airport. Shipco Airfreight has grown to have nationwide

coverage in the USA.

1997Rotterdam, The Netherlands

On June 1, 1997, Shipco Transport BV was established. Rotterdam, The Netherlands

marked the beginning of Shipco Transport's export services from North Europe to

destinations worldwide.

Hoboken, USA

As a natural development and in cooperation with the parent company, Scan-Shipping

A/S, Copenhagen and its Project Division, Shipco Transport Hoboken, New Jersey

established a Project/Out of Gauge Department on June 1, 1997. This new Department

provided services to the existing customer base ranging from a 20' open top container with

over height to complete turnkey projects.

1998Toronto, Canada

To continue the expansion on the North American continent and as a natural development

of the overall market strategy, Shipco Transport Toronto was established on January 1,

1998 to offer the full range of neutral NVOCC services to the Canadian market.

Antwerp, Belgium

With volumes growing to and from the European continent, the need for a European

gateway became evident. On January 15, 1998, Shipco Transport NV was established in

Antwerp providing a comprehensive gateway concept for export, servicing Shipco

Transport offices in the Nordic countries, the United Kingdom, Netherlands and exclusive

agents in other European countries.

Jakarta, Indonesia

Originally established as a representative office, but later changed to a fully operational

entity in close cooperation with long-term business associate Gesuri Lloyd, Indonesia,

Shipco Transport Jakarta, was established on September 1, 1998.

Bangkok, Thailand

Despite turbulent economic conditions in the South Asia region also affecting Thailand,

Shipco Transport (Bangkok, Thailand) Ltd. was established on September 7, 1998 initially

in cooperation with long-term business associate Appenship Siam Sept Group.

Singapore, Singapore

Shipco's activities in Asia rapidly grew and the need for a fast decision making process

made it necessary to establish Shipco Transport's Asia Regional Office in Singapore on

October 26, 1998.

1999Tallinn, Estonia

Shipco Transport Tallinn was established on August 15, 1999 as a coordinating office for

all current activities within Shipco Transport in the Baltic region.

JFK Airfreight, USA

In order to better service its New York customer base, Shipco Airfreight (JFK) opened an

office at J.F. Kennedy Airport. The opening of this location further strengthened the

company's airfreight presence in the United States.

Atlanta Airfreight, USA

Airfreight continued to blossom with a new office in Atlanta.

2000Gothenburg, Sweden

Further strengthening Shipco's position in Scandinavia, Shipco Transport AB was opened

in Gothenburg, Sweden on February 2, 2000.

Seattle Airfreight, USA

Airfreight opened a new office in Seattle.

2001Tokyo, Japan

The Shipco Transport coverage of the Far East Region was further strengthened with the

opening of Shipco Transport Japan in Tokyo on January 1, 2001.

2002Santiago, Chile

On January 1, 2002 a Shipco Transport office was established in Santiago, being Shipco

Transport's entrance to the South American Region.

Helsinki, Finland

Oy Shipco Transport AB Finland was established in Helsinki on April 1, 2002.

Oslo, Norway

Simultaneously, on April 1, 2002 Shipco Transport AS in Oslo was opened, meaning

Shipco Transport was established with own offices in all 4 Nordic Countries.

Shanghai, China

On July 1, 2002 the first Shipco Transport office in China was established in Shanghai as a

representative office.

Montreal, Canada

Shipco further strengthened its position in the Canadian market with the opening of a

second office in Montreal in 2002.

Houston Airfreight, USA

Houston Airfreight office was established.

2004Manila, Philippines

In July, Shipco Transport expanded into the Philippine market by establishing an office in

the Philippine capital, Manila in a joint venture with Shipco Transports agent, PAC Atlantic.

Gdynia, Poland

Shipco Transport Gdynia, Poland opened its doors for business on November 1, 2004.

AirCargoGroup

Shipco Transport co-founded the AirCargoGroup, a Global Association of Leading Neutral

Airfreight Wholesalers, committed to delivering value - added international airfreight

services, exclusively to the worldwide retail freight forwarding, shipping, logistics and

transport related industry.

SSC Antwerp SSC Rotterdam

SSC Consolidation was formed when SACO Shipping GmbH, joined forces with the

existing Shipco Transport offices in the Netherlands and Belgium in October 2004. Since

inception, SSC has grown organically into one of the leading neutral NVOCCs in Benelux.

2005Vilnius, Lithuania

Shipco Transport expanded to full coverage of the 3 Baltic States with own offices. On July

1, 2005 Shipco Transport Vilnius commenced business.

Riga, Latvia

August 1, 2005 the full Baltic coverage is complete with the opening of Shipco Transport

Riga.

2006Bangkok Airfreight, Thailand

In June 2006, Shipco Transport expanded its airfreight activities to Asia, initially through

opening an office in Bangkok Airport.

Odessa, Ukraine

Shipco Transport enters the Black Sea market through the establishment of an Odessa

office on September 15, 2006.

Shanghai, China

In December 2006, Shipco Transport's representative office in Shanghai changes status

into a fully operational A-Licensed entity in the Peoples' Republic of China.

2007San Francisco Airfreight, USA

San Francisco Airfreight is started, increasing our presence in the USA West Coast.

Surabaya, Indonesia

Shipco Transport expands its coverage in Indonesia through establishment of its own

office on March 1, 2007 in Surabaya.

WorldWide Alliance

Shipco Transport is proud to be a founding member of the WorldWide Alliance, a network

of the world's leading NVOCCs. Founded in 2007, the WWA is dedicated to providing

customers with solutions for their LCL cargo through a worldwide network of exclusive

agents.

2008Shanghai Airfreight, China Kuala Lumpur Airfreight, Malaysia Penang Airfreight, Malaysia

Air offices open in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Penang, further expanding our airfreight

presence in Asia.

2009Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

On March 2, 2009 Shipco Transport Vietnam Ltd. was official opened. Shipco Transport

Ho Chi Minh is the first neutral NVOCC operating in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

ICT Miami, USA

On March 12, 2009 the Group's first fully owned Cargo Terminal was official opened in

Miami, Florida as a separate entity under the name International Cargo Terminals Inc.

(ICT). ICT offers state of the art cargo terminal facilities to both own Scan Group entities as

well as 3rd party customers.

Koper, Slovenia

Shipco's first office at the Adriatic Sea, Shipco Transport Koper, commenced operation in

the spring of 2009.

Shenzhen, China

Shipco Transport (Shenzhen) Ltd. commences operation on April 15, 2009. The

Shenzhen market has grown rapidly during the last decade and despite the strong

presence in Hong Kong it was decided to enter the Shenzhen market to further expandthe

Shipco's commitment to the region.

Houston Airfreight, USA

Although doing airfreight since 2002, in May 2009, Shipco Airfreight expanded by opening

its own office within the airport in Houston. The office was located on the second floor of the

cargo receiving terminal. Being neighbor to the main airlines and literally "on top" of the

cargo terminal provides an invaluable advantage when handling air freight.

Bangkok Resource Center

Beginning as a small project to test the outsourcing of FCL Documentation and quickly

growing into a large and efficient resource for all Shipco offices, Bangkok Resource

Center was officially established in July 2009.

Hong Kong Airfreight, China Singapore Airfreight, Singapore Colombo Airfreight, Sri Lanka

Airfreight offices were also established in Hong Kong, Singapore and Colombo.

Dalian, China

October 1, 2009 saw the opening of another office for Shipco in China, namely Dalian,

marking another key strategic office for Shipco Transport in this region.

2010Istanbul, Turkey

May 1, 2010 saw further expansion in the Shipco Transport Group with the opening of an

office in Istanbul, Turkey.

ICT Elizabeth, USA

Following the success of ICT in Miami, International Cargo Terminals (ICT) expanded its

activities and presence with the opening of a new cargo terminal facility in Elizabeth, New

Jersey. ICT Elizabeth is a fully boded facility with 52 receiving doors and also houses

Shipco Transport's New York Branch operations.

Ningbo, China Qingdao, China

In order to better serve its key, global accounts, Shipco Transport opened booking offices

in both Ningbo and Qingdao.

Jakarta Airfreight, Indonesia Surabaya Airfreight, Indonesia

Due to a growing need, Shipco Airfreight launched two offices in Indonesia, Jakarta and

Surabaya.

2011Hai Phong, Vietnam

Extending its footprint in Vietnam, Shipco Transport opened in Hai Phong, Vietnam.

Boston, USA

Expanding its presence on the USA East Coast, Shipco Transport opened an office in

Boston, Massachusetts in April to accommodate a strong local customer base.

Guangzhou, China

Shipco Transport widened its coverage in China with the opening of Shipco Transport

Guangzhou.

St. Petersburg, Russia Moscow, Russia

July 2011 saw the opening of Shipco Transport's first offices in the Russian Federation in

St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Manchester, UK

Expanding its presence in the UK market, Shipco Transport opened a sales office in

Manchester in the north of England.

Dublin, Ireland

November 1, 2011 saw the opening of Shipco Transport in Dublin.

Manila Airfreight, Phillippines

An airfreight office opened in Manila.

SSC Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Further expansion led to the opening of SSC Consolidation in Dubai, UAE.

2012Laem Chabang, Thailand

Building on its Thailand activities, Shipco Transport opened its Laem Chabang office on

April 1, 2012.

Osaka, Japan

Shipco Transport opened its second office in Japan, in the city of Osaka, on April 1,2012.

Xiamen, China

Given the importance of China in terms of world trade, Shipco Transport opened an office

in Xiamen in the southern part of the country.

Kiev, Ukraine

On June 1, 2012 Shipco Transport opened Kiev, its second office in Ukraine.

Guangzhou Airfreight, China

Guangzhou air office opened for business.

2013Toronto Airfreight, Canada Montreal Airfreight, Canada Santiago Airfreight, Chile

Shipco Airfreight expands its American activities to include Canada and Chile with

airfreight operations in Toronto, Montreal and Santiago respectively.

Dalian Airfreight, China

With the initiation of airfreight operations in Dalian, Shipco Airfreight is now covering the

China market with four dedicated airfreight offices.

SSC Abu Dhabi

Following the success in Dubai, an additional branch was established within UAE in Abu

Dhabi.

Da Nang, Vietnam Hanoi, Vietnam

Complementing its existing operation in Ho Chi Minh, Shipco Transport opened additional

two offices in Da Nang and Hanoi, Vietnam.

Riga Airfreight, Latvia

Thanks to its excellent geographical location, Riga is a popular Airfreight destination

making it an obvious choice for a new Shipco Airfreight office, proof of Shipco's continuous

growth in the Baltics region.

Karachi, Faisalabad, Lahore & Sialkot, Pakistan

Shipco Transport expanded its cooperation with long-time partner General Maritime, with

the opening of a franchise operation in Karachi, Pakistan. Branch offices located in

Faisalabad, Lahore and Sialkot.

Karachi Airfreight, Pakistan

April 2013

Seoul, Korea Busan, Korea

Shipco Transport enters into a joint venture with their long standing agent, MTM Freight in

Korea and Shipco Transport Korea commences operation on April 15, 2013.

Auckland, New Zealand

Shipco Transport and Profreight Auckland enter into a joint venture agreement and

operations commences on June 1, 2013 for Shipco Auckland.

Taipei, Taiwan

After many years of working with an exclusive agent, Shipco Transport opened its own

office in Taiwan on August 1, 2013.

ICT Long Beach, USA

The third ICT opened in Long Beach, California to work on conjunction with Shipco Los

Angeles.

Bucharest, Romania

Shipco Transport expanded with the opening of a new fully operational office in the capital

city Bucharest, Romania on September 1, 2013.

New Jersey, United States

In September 2013, Shipco Transport Inc. marked its 25th anniversary with a celebration

in New Jersey.

2014Auckland Airfreight, New Zealand

In February 2014, Shipco Airfreight commenced operations in Auckland, New Zealand.

Ho Chi Minh Airfreight, Vietnam

Chongqing, China

Effective April 1, 2014, Shipco Transport expanded in West China with the opening of

Shipco Transport Chongqing.

Da Nang Airfreight, Vietnam Hanoi Airfreight, Vietnam Hai Phong Airfreight, Vietnam

Expanding into Vietnam, Shipco Airfreight opened offices in Da Nang, Hanoi and

Haiphong.

Seoul Airfreight, Korea

Airfreight established an office in Seoul in October 2014, giving Shipco Airfreight a total of

32 offices.

2015Chatham, USA

Shipco Transport's Global Corporate Headquarters is established in Chatham, NJ on

January 12, 2015.

Mumbai, India Pune, India

March 2015, Shipco IT is officially established in Mumbai and Pune, India.

Ipoh, Malaysia Pasir Gudang, Malaysia

With a growing need in Malaysia, Shipco Malaysia expands to a total of 4 offices in March,

with the opening of Ipoh and Pasir Gudang.

Semarang, Indonesia

Shipco expands presence in Indonesia with third office in May 2015.

Cebu, Philippines

As of September 24, 2015, the new branch in Cebu, Philippines has joined the existing

business in Manila.

Izmir, Turkey

Shipco Izmir was established on October 8 to assist the existing office in Istanbul and offer

superior coverage to the Turkey Market.

Taiwan

Taiwan Airfreight began operation in December 2015. While Shipco Transport�s ocean

freight operations have had an existing presence here, we remain committed to

developing the most complete global network, as well as providing diverse product

offerings and customized solutions to a global customer base.

2016Qingdao, China - CN

Kicking off the year with a new addition, Air Import and Export operations commenced in a

new Shipco Airfreight location in Qingdao on January 1, 2016.

Sofia, Bulgaria

A new location in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria officially opened on Monday, May 9,

2016. The office in Sofia was a natural step for Shipco Europe�s continued growth in

the Balkan area.

2017Vancouver,Canada

On May 22, 2017 a new operations office was opened dedicated to better serving

customers in the Vancouver area.
