Located on the first floor of the Spruce building, Cedarbrook’s 24-hour Fitness Center features stunning views of the lodge grounds in addition to treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, weight machines, free weights, benches, mats, balance balls, lockers and showers. Are there Spa facilities at Cedarbrook Lodge? Absolutely. The Spa at Cedarbrook is all about natural botanicals, herbal fu-sions and seasonal specialties. Facilities include three massage/facial rooms, two-getherness massage room, shared serenity suite with soaking tub, rainwa-ter wet treatment room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, fireside relaxation room, Pond’s Edge patio and beverage bar featuring Mighty Leaf Tea on tap. How best can I store my valuables? Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk. And a laptop computer safe is located in each guest room or suite. Is Cedarbrook Lodge a pet-friendly hotel? Dogs are welcome at Cedarbrook Lodge. A limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available and subject to first come, first served. For a one-time per stay $50 non-refundable fee, dogs may share his or her human companion’s room. At check-in, guests receive Cedarbrook Lodge’s dog etiquette letter and a welcome amenity that includes a pet bed, bed sheet, bowl for dining needs and a tasty treat for their pooch. There’s even plas-tic bags for their owners! Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended. And check out the thoughtfully composed Puppy Pantry menu selections availa-ble for your canine companion. What is there to know about the original artwork throughout the property? Cedarbrook Lodge is a haven for art lovers! Fifty-four pieces of original artwork grace the lobby and reception area, meeting and event spaces, restaurant, bar and guest room buildings. Many are 21st century creations, though a few pieces were hand-crafted dating back to 1955. Where might I do some on-site shopping while I’m staying at Cedarbrook? The Marketplace, located adjacent to the Reception Desk features a variety of items – from have-to-have’s to nice-to-have’s. Can I golf at Cedarbrook Lodge? How does the Cedarbrook Lodge shuttle work from Sea-Tac to the hotel? The Cedarbrook Lodge airport shuttle picks up from ISLANDS 1 and 3 in the SEATAC parking garage. After collecting your luggage at Baggage Claim, fol-low the signs for ground transportation which takes you across the foot bridge to the parking garage. Go down one floor where there are three islands for shuttle pick up. There is a courtesy phone at ISLANDS 1 and 3 with direct dial to Ce-darbrook (56). Call once you arrive at ISLANDS 1 and 3. Upon hearing from you, the Lodge will dispatch a driver for pickup. Cedarbrook is approximately ten minutes from the airport. The Cedarbrook airport shuttle operates 24 hours/day; 7 days/week and is available upon request.
How does Cedarbrook’s transportation work from the the hotel to Sea-Tac (the nearest Seattle Link light rail station) or the nearest Amtrak platform? The closest Seattle Link light rail Station to Cedarbrook Lodge is the Sea/Tac Airport Station, located at International Blvd & S 176th Street . . . mere minutes from the Lodge front entrance. Cedarbrook’s scheduled shuttle departures from the hotel are on the half hour. You may reserve a complimentary ‘lift’ to the air-port or the Tukwila Amtrak platform at those times. Arrangements may be made in-house by visiting the Lodge reception desk or away from Cedarbrook by call-ing 206-901-9268. What else should I know about how to get around the area? Seattle Link light rail connects Cedarbrook Lodge guests to several destinations in the Seattle area… from downtown Seattle to SeaTac International Airport. What is Cedarbrook Lodge’s Cancellation/No Show policy? Reservations may be cancelled without consequence until 4 PM two days prior to arrival. Should the reservation be canceled inside that win-dow, the first night’s rate plus tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Different cancellation policies may apply to packages and special offers. What are check-in and checkout times? Check-in time is 4 PM Check-out time is 12 NOON Does Cedarbrook Lodge have a Guarantee/Deposit policy? Yes. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. A de-posit is required for select rate plans. What happens if I don’t arrive for my confirmed guest room reser-vation? There is a No-Show Charge. One night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to your credit card on file. Is there a minimum age to rent a room? Yes. Any guest renting a room at Cedarbrook Lodge must be at least 18 years of age.
