What does it mean to be a Christian?*A Christian is a follower of Jesus Christ. Being a followerof Christ means that you have encountered the grace of God
through the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. How to become a Christian:
*We can't do anything to become a Christian because we aresinners and we fall short of God's glory. Because we aresinners we are worthy of the penalty of our sins which is
judgment and punishment. However, Jesus paid and died forour sins so that we can be forgiven and justified. Confess andrepent of your sinfulness and accept by faith what Christ has
done for you.Prayer of Faith
"Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sinshave separated me from you. I am truly sorry, please forgiveme. I believe and accept by grace that Jesus Christ died for
my sins, was resurrected from the dead and is alive. I confessJesus to be my Savior and Lord of my life. Please allow the
Holy Spirit to help me to do Your will. In Jesus' name. Amen.
"That if you confess with mouth the Lord Jesus andbelieve in your heart that God has raised Him from thedead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes
unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is madeunto salvation." Ro. 10:9-10
"For by grace you have been saved through faith, andthat not of your works; it is the gift of God, not of works,
lest anyone should boast." Eph. 2:8-9

“He was buried, and that He roseagain the third day according to
the Scriptures,”1 Corinthians 15:4
The Lord's Prayer Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thyname. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on
earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day ourdaily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, aswe forgive those who trespass against us, and
lead us not into temptation, but deliver us fromevil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power,
and the glory, forever and ever. Amen
John 19:6, 14-20Therefore, when the chief priests and officers sawHim, they cried out, saying, "Crucify Him, crucify
Him!" Pilate said to them, "You take Him andcrucify Him, for I find no fault in Him."
..... And he said to the Jews, "Behold your King!"15 But they cried out, "Away with Him, away withHim! Crucify Him!" Pilate said to them, "Shall Icrucify your King?" The chief priests answered,
"We have no king but Caesar!" 16 Then hedelivered Him to them to be crucified. So they took
Jesus and led Him away. 17 And He, bearing Hiscross, went out to a place called the Place of aSkull, which is called in Hebrew, Golgotha, 18
where they crucified Him, and two others withHim, one on either side, and Jesus in the center. 19
Now Pilate wrote a title and put it on the cross. And the writing was: JESUS OF NAZARETH,
THE KING OF THE JEWS. 20 Then many of theJews read this title, for the place where Jesus wascrucified was near the city; and it was written in
Hebrew, Greek, and Latin.
