About Leadenhall Consulting • Founded in 2011 by Chris Woodman, former HR Director for Aspen

Insurance, COLT Telecom and Fidelity International to provide consulting, coaching and assessment services to clients in the City of London

• Chris was joined in 2012 by:

• Laura Hawes, former Executive Director, Operations, Customer Service and HR, Fidelity International

• Martin Hall, former Bank of England Economist, Fixed Income Head at Fidelity International and Regional CEO, AXA IM

• And subsequently by:

• Professor Adrian Furnham, Professor of Psychology at University College London

• Pat Barsby, former Accountant and Risk Manager at Deloitte, Diageo and the Department of Work and Pensions

Chris Woodman is a qualified coach who has served on the Executive Committees of COLT Telecom and Aspen Insurance. He is a Fellow of the CIPD and as well as heading up HR organisations has managed Marketing and Property functions in his career.

Laura Hawes has held senior executive positions in HR, Operations, Customer Service and Programme Management in the UK and overseas, working for British Airways, Securicor and Fidelity Investments. Laura is a qualified executive coach.

Martin Hall was initially an economist at the Bank of England and then held senior executive positions at Morgan Grenfell, Norwich Union/Morley Fund Management, Fidelity Investments and AXA IM. Martin is a qualified executive coach.

Prof. Adrian Furnham holds doctorates from both Oxford and London universities. A renowned psychologist and author, hr has over 1000 scientific papers and 100 books to his name and counts over 40 major international companies as his clients.

Karen Falcocchio is a qualified executive coach who spent 20 years at JP Morgan in both New York and London. Working in sales, HR and L&D roles her understanding of the business underpins and enriches her perspective and her contribution.

Julia Possener is a lawyer by training, having practiced at Clifford Chance and Weil, Gotshal Manges and in-house at RSA Insurance Group where she was part of the executive leadership team for the international business. Julia is a qualified Executive coach.

Pat Barsby is a qualified accountant by background who has held senior executive roles in Finance and Risk Management at Diageo, EY, Deloitte and in the public sector at the Department of Work and Pensions. Pat is a qualified executive coach.

Geraldine Stewart is a qualified accountant by background and has worked in Equity Research for Harvard Securities, NM Schroder and Fidelity Investments where she was Director of European Equity Research. She is a qualified executive coach.
