The models from 50 to 110 kg also have the

TROLLEY-WASH

Originally designed to disinfect laundry trolleys and

hospital beds, theTrolley-Wash has earned its

reputation as a universal wash- and disinfection unit.

Thanksto an elaborate package of accessoriesand

options, theTrolley-Wash, completely manufactured

out of stainlesssteel, can be adapted to wash and

disinfect almost everything: from trolleys to hygienic

containtersand even gasmasks.

PULLMAN BARRIER WASHER

With washing capacitiesranging from 50 to 260

kg, Lapauw offers an extended rangeof

dedicated barrier washers,one of the largest in

the market. All barrier washersadopt the Pullman

principle, which offers maximal comfort during

loading and unloading. The complete range is

available with 2 or 3 compartment drums.

With the acquisition of Transferon, Lapauw complements its already elaborated range with washing tunnels, presses and dryers. This now means

that customers can count upon Lapauw if they have a project for a complete laundry, including logistics, from entry of dirty linen until it’s

packaged and shipped to the customer. With more than 400 tunnel washerssold worldwide, the Transferon tunnel iswell known for itsquality and

flexibility. But Lapauw looksbeyond just supplying a tunnel washer, as the manufacturing plant and tunnel design team is fully integrated into the

Lapauw Group. This means that the 400 tunnel experience will be matched with the Lapauw Beyond Innovation principle, giving the customer

Thanks to the narrow dry chamber, the Hot STREAM retains the hot air much better than the standard wide passage tunnel finishers.

The high density insulation covers the full length of the dry chamber in order to minimize the amount of heat escaping from the side.

This results in an energy consumption up to 20% lower than the standard wide passage tunnel finisher models.

GARMENT SOLUTIONSTOTAL GARMENT SOLUTIONS

Lapauw is a total solution provider for garment finishing requirements,

from 150 garments per hour up to 2000 garments per hour.

Thanks to the smart combination of endless screw conveyors and endless

chain systems, the Lapauw garment handling system is one of the most

With a capacity of 800 garments per hour, Lapauw’s garment folder is one

of the most productive in the industry. The garment folder can process

items up to 1,8 meter long and sports folding technology that assures the

highest finishing quality.

Next to the standard version, which is fed by hand, the garment folder

can also be equipped with a robot arm for full automatic processing.

BeMicron, the Medistream is the first real cleanroom dryer
