The North London Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening (AAA) Programme invites all men in North London for free screening during the year they turn 65 and is now delivered on behalf of the NHS by InHealth, at a number of convenient locations across North West, North Central and North East London. What is an aneurysm? It is an enlargement of the main blood vessel in the abdomen. By using a simple Ultrasound, screening finds aneurysms early so they can be monitored or treated. Why is your AAA appointment so important? To find out where your local InHealth AAA Screening clinic is simply contact us on 0333 009 6971 Aneurysms can be fatal if left untreated and cause over 3000 deaths in England every year. Screening is quick and painless. If you are older than 65 and have not been screened before, you can self-refer directly into the screening programme.

The North London Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening (AAA) Programme

invites all men in North London for free screening during the year they turn 65 and is now delivered on behalf of the NHS by InHealth, at a number of convenient locations across North West, North Central and North East London.

What is an aneurysm?It is an enlargement of the main blood vessel in the abdomen. By using a simple Ultrasound, screening finds aneurysms early so they can be monitored or treated.
