Rules & Regulations Naturally, all our undertakings are conducted with a view to their impact on society. We take all our responsibilitiesseriously and continually strive to ensure the durable nature of our enterprise.

In addition to controls by SGS and others, we partner with laboratories all over the world to carry out stringent tests on our products. Thanks to this cooperation we can rely on a team of 120 quality professionals; comprising quality engineers and QC inspectors in addition to social and environmental compliance auditors, all combining to assist us in managing and controlling our companies social product, safety, health and environmental responsibilities. We ensure that checks are carried out, on a regular and systematic basis.

Clothing, for example, is tested for shrinkage, colourfastness and allergic dyestuff. We also act responsibly where our clients health is concerned. Those who purchase food-related items, such as drinkware, need to do so safe in the knowledge they can trust its quality. Our partner laboratories keep a close check on food safety issues to ensure all relevant items satisfy food safety requirements. All of our products are tested for Cadmium and we operate in accordance with current REACH guidelines.

Our products are all developed with the upmost care and to the satisfaction of applicable European regulations. To assist understanding and awareness, major regulations are shown throughout the catalogue alongside the individual products they relate to. In addition, all current European rules and regulations are listed in the back of this catalogue.

PAD PRINTING The most commonly used decoration technique, pad printing enables multi-colour printing onto all kinds of shapes and surface textures, making it easy to decorate everything from pens to golf balls. Fast and economical, Pad Printing is a great all-round cost-effective solution.

PP indicates catalogue items which can be pad printed.

SCREEN PRINTING Screen printing gives high quality, long-lasting results for single and multi-colour decoration of flat surfaces. Inks are pressed through mesh stencils to produce clear, sharp images which are ideal for logos and text. A good cost-effective solution for larger quantities.

SP indicates catalogue items which can be screen printed.

DEBOSSING Debossing creates an indented image by applying a die to heat-pressed area. Typically used for real and imitation leather items, it adds professionally stylish texture thats great for adding perceived value.

DB indicates catalogue items which can be debossed.

HOT STAMPING Hot stamping is debossing with a metallic finish, created by applying foil between the to-be-decorated surface and the dye. A perfect way to create a superior impression, we are currently able to offer hot stamping in silver and gold.

HS indicates catalogue items that can be hot stamped.

EMBROIDERY This traditional decoration technique is instantly recognized as a high-quality feature that works really well for adding extra perceived value. Embroidery can be applied to both flat and irregular surfaces of all kinds of woven and knitted products. We are able to include up to 12 different colours per embroidery.

EB indicates catalogue items that can be embroidered.

TRANSFERRING Transferring is done by first creating a screen print image on paper and then using heat and glue to transfer it onto the chosen article. This technique can be applied in multiple colours onto all kinds of woven and knitted products and is a good economical solution for multicolour printing of smaller quantities.

TR indicates catalogue items that can be decorated by Transferring.

DOMING Doming is used to create a 3D version of your image by shaping a raised surface beneath the print. A mould is formed, printed and filled with epoxy which is then hardened to maintain its shape. Fantastic for adding extra dimension to your message, doming can be applied to all kinds of materials on flat surfaces. Doming provides durable decoration with strong resistance to fading or damage.

DO indicates catalogue items that can be decorated by doming.

ENGRAVINGEngraving is achieved through using a laser beam to precisely etch decoration into a surface. This technique produces superb results for metal, glass and wood. An undoubted winner for creating a high-class impression.

EG indicates catalogue items that can be engraved.
