Each unit is steamed cleaned – all dirt, oil and grease is removed
A thorough inspection and assessment is carried out in line with the manufacturers recommendations before strip down commences
The unit is then completely stripped down and all components are checked inspected for wear or damage

NONE DESTRUCTIVE TESTING A physical examination of all load
bearing areas is carried out. Any defects are rectified where
applicable.
Cylinder bodies and rods are examined for any defects and replaced if necessary.
All bearings, hydraulic seals and hydraulic hoses are replaced where applicable.
THE RE-SPRAY The attachment is then prepared for a quality repaint, all existing
paint is removed. The unit is degreased, then two coats of high quality industrial paint
are applied to give a durable and excellent finish.
The ProcessFunctional Hydraulic Testing The attachment is subjected to stringent hydraulic pressure
testing/load testing in line with the manufacturers recommendations.
