    33 years of experience in managing the Financial and Administration Section in contracting and construction industry in many multi-national construction companies and Oil & Gas Companies (German, American, Arabian, Egyptian and Chinese) specialized in construct mega projects ( Power plants, Oil & Gas, infrastructure, Water & wastewater treatment plants, and public hospitals, administrative buildings projects executed by multiple consortium and J.V. companies My experiences and skills consist (but not limited) to:

    Managing and Preparing periodic financial reports that summarize actual and forecast cost and financial statements, such as monthly and annual income statements, balance sheets, Cash flow, cost reports and annual Budget process, according the company policy, guidelines and schedules.

    Handling various banking financial facilities e.g. (L/C , L/G & Credit O.D Facilities) and oversee the cash management and treasurers and direct the financial objectives, within the budgets (Company and projects)

    Employer: Al Arrab Contracting Co (ACC), A wholly owned subsidiary of Al Rajhi Holding Profession: Financial Business Director (Nov 2010 - Nov.2013) For the Consortium of ASC - AI Arrab Contracting Co. and SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation (SEPCOIII), established for execution US $2.4 Billion EPC construction contract to build the 2,800-Mega Watt Power Generation unit of the Power Complex at (Ras Al-Khair Industrial City) for the favour of Saline Water Conversion Corp (SWCC) in KSA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage overall financial and accounting tasks, and maintaining highest degrees of transparency between the partners of the consortium, includes managing internal controls ensuring that the official accounting records are up to date and accurate, safeguarding the assets to minimize risk of financial loss; besides develop and maintaining robust costing systems and reporting tools to provide high-quality financial information that supports the Company strategic management.
