After 20 years spent with Ernst & Young working for large accounts in Paris, London and Los Angeles, Jean-Michel left in 2009 his position of partner to acquire a restaurant. He is now the owner of Au Vieux Pêcheur, a gourmet restaurant located in Limay (50km west of Paris) on the River Seine.
