Who Should Attend…The Team of four
• 1 regional planning leader from the K-12;• 1 regional planning leader from the community colleges;• 1 teacher/faculty from the K-12; and• 1 teacher/faculty from the community colleges.– Question - What if I’m having trouble filling the four spots for
my consortium?– Question – What if I’m not connected with a consortium, but
still want to come?

Who Should Attend (cont.)
• Attendee should have an adult education background.
• Currently working with and/or teaching adult education students.
• Currently part of the AB86 regional planning effort (on the team).
• Interested in participating in breakout groups.

How Do I Register?
• All primary contacts have been sent a link to the conference registration and another link for hotel reservations. If you are unable to reach your primary contact, please email us at [email protected].
• Remember – two steps – conference registration and hotel reservation.
• What you need to Register:– Grant Number– Consortium Name

Travel Arrangements
• Each attendee will need to make their own travel arrangements – airfare and/or car/shuttle, and hotel reservations.
• Adhere to your organization/district travel policies when making travel arrangements.
• The hotel will be paid for by AB86 for the night of October 6th. A credit card is required by the hotel to make reservations for incidentals.

How Do I Get Reimbursed?
• Each attendee must complete a travel reimbursement form.
• Receipts and the completed form are to be submitted to the AB86 Office (Karen Baker: [email protected] ).
• Travel reimbursement forms will be reviewed and approved for payment.
• Each consortium fiscal agent will be reimbursed by the AB86 Office for each attendee.
• The consortium fiscal agent will write the check to reimburse the attendee.
