AAICLAS has been set up as a fully owned cargo subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India
to manage the development of air cargo business at 30 plus airports including potential
airports within the country and outside the country. The vision of the company is to emerge
as the largest Integrated Cargo logistics and ground handling operator in the country.
To drive this business, it requires dynamic, energetic and passionate Executives in the field of

➢ Knowledge of SAP is must;
➢ Should have excellent knowledge of Consolidation of Accounts and
finalization /closing of accounts;
➢ Complete Knowledge of entire Financial Operation like – Account Payable,
Account Receivable, General Ledger, Assets Management in SAP, Processing
of salary, PF, Financial Concurrence, Audit matter and banking matter;
➢ Budgeting: Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to
determine difference between projected and actual results to be followed
up with corrective actions. Divisional and Profit Centre Budgeting. It
included allocation of costs to various profit centres, Half Yearly and
Quarterly forecasts, Monthly projection, variance analysis;
➢ Well Knowledge of Direct (TDS & TCS) and Indirect Taxation along with
complete GSTR1, GSTR2, 3 B, TDS GST and Annual return submission of GST;

2. TENURE
Appointment will be on Fixed Term Contract basis (FTC) initially for a period of three

extension at the sole discretion of the Management of AAICLAS.

Selection will be through an interactive interview with the AAICLAS Management.

5. ACTION AGAINST CANDIDATES FOUND GUILTY OF MISCONDUCT

The appointment of the selected candidate will be subject to following:

approved by AAICLAS.

The selected candidate will be subjected to verification of their character and

7. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
7.1 The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on a Fixed Term
Contract basis (FTC) initially for a period of Three year and further extendable for
another 02 years on mutually agreed terms & conditions. The period of one year will
be treated as probation period and on successful completion of probation period, the
period of engagement will be considered for extension at the sole discretion of the
Management of AAICLAS. Selected candidates have to join at the station of
engagement then only the appointment will come into force.
7.2 Selected Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Engagement Medical
Examination(s).
7.3 Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for.
7.4 Candidates serving in Govt./ Quasi Government offices, Public Sector Undertakings,
are advised to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer at the time of
Interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered and travelling
expenses, if any, otherwise admissible, will not be paid.
7.5 In case of selection, candidates will be required to produce proper discharge certificate
from the employer at the time of taking up the appointment.

7.10 Decisions of AAICLAS in all matters regarding eligibility, conduct of Interview,

7.11 Appointment of selected candidate is subject to his/ her being declared
medically fit as per the requirement of AAICLAS. Such appointment will also be subject
to the service and conduct rules of AAICLAS for such post in AAICLAS, in force at the
time of joining AAICLAS.
7.12 Any legal proceedings in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out
of this advertisement and/ or an application in response thereto can be instituted only
in New Delhi and courts/ tribunals/ forums at New Delhi only shall have sole and
exclusive jurisdiction to try any cause/dispute.
7.13 Attending Interview, no reimbursement shall be made and candidates have to
bear traveling expenses on their own. Further, AAICLAS reserves the right to cancel

Hiring of Retired Engineer / Young Engineer (Civil) for AAICLAS Corporate Headquarters,
New Delhi on Fixed Term Contract basis
Applications are invited from the willing qualified and experienced Retired
Engineers/ Young Engineers (Civil) at the level of Sr. Manager to General Manager (Not
more than 63 years as on 15/11/2019 for Retired Engineers and Not more than 45 years for
Young Engineers) for engagement in AAI Cargo Logistics & Allied Services Company
Limited (AAICLAS) at New Delhi on Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of three years.

PERIOD OF ENGAGEMENT
(i) The duration of engagement of Engineers shall be for (03) THREE YEAR which
may be further reviewed and renewed as per requirement;
(ii) However, the services of the Engineers may be terminated at any time by
giving one month notice without any liability and the decision of the
Management will be final and binding.
STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES /JOBS TO BE CARRIED OUT
(i) The Engineer irrespective of the level of officer, shall be responsible for
estimation, Draft NIT for works, construction & site supervision, Quality Control
and Quality Assurance, Record of Measurements, preparation and certification
of Bills etc. complete for all Engineering works. A detailed scope of work is
attached as Annexure I.
(ii) On engagement, Engineers shall be under control of Chief Executive Officer
(CEO)/ Chief Operating Officer (COO) and posted at AAICLAS Corporate
Headquarters, New Delhi;
(iii) The authority with regard to writing/signing/submission of statement for the
work assigned /to be assigned to the Engineer shall be CEO/COO or duly
authorized AAICLAS official. The Engineer shall not write any letter to any of
the Authority inclusive of Central Government /State Government at his own
without the express approval of CEO/COO;
(iv) Confidentiality of data and documents: The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
of the data collected as well as the deliverables produced for the Department
shall remain with the Department. No one shall utilise or publish or disclose
or part with, to third party, any part of the data or statistics or proceedings or
the information collected for the purpose of this assignment or during the
course of the assignment for the department, without the express written
consent of the Department. The Engineer shall be bound to hand over the
entire set of records of assignment to the department before the expiry of the
contract and as advised by the Appointing Authority or his authorized
representative and it is a binding to Engineer.
(v) Conflict of Interest: The Engineer appointed by the Department shall in no case
represent or give opinion or advice to others in any matter which is adverse
to the interest of AAICLAS;
(vi) The Engineer shall not make any commitment in any manner with the Central
/ State Government or any other department of AAICLAS or AAI;
TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE
(a) The Income Tax or any other tax liable to be deducted before effecting
payment, as per prevailing rules, for which the AAICLAS will issue TDS
certificate. GST as applicable shall be payable extra, as per prevalent rules.
LEAVE
(i) The Engineer shall be eligible for 12 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata
basis. The un-availed leave in calendar year cannot be carried forward to the
next calendar year or encashed at the end of the contract tenure;
(iii) AAICLAS will be free to terminate the services of the Engineer in case the
Engineer remains absent for more than 15 days beyond the entitled leave in a
calendar year;
(iv) AAICLAS does not undertake any liability for providing any medical facility to
the Engineer or his dependents, which is existing in AAI/AAICLAS and there
will be no other financial liability on the part of AAICLAS since the
remuneration is inclusive of everything.
SELECTION CRITERION
a. The engagement of Engineer will be on full time basis and they would not
be permitted to take up any other assignment (s) during the period of
engagement.
b. If the services of Engineer be required at other AAICLAS offices, he shall be
entitled for TA/DA and accommodation as is admissible to the serving
officer of AAICLAS at the level of Senior Manager;
c. The Engineer is not eligible for any other perks and allowance other than
the lump sum remuneration offered by AAICLAS;
d. The selection of Engineer will be done based on Interview;
e. The AAICLAS reserves the right to cancel this advertisement and not to
proceed in the matter, at any stage, accept or reject any or all officers,
without giving any explanation whatsoever;
f. Candidates serving in Govt./ Quasi Government offices, Public Sector
Undertakings, are advised to submit ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their
employer at the time of Interview, failing which their candidature may not
be considered;
g. For the selection process i.e. attending Interview, no reimbursement shall
be made in this regard and candidates have to bear traveling expenses

h. Termination of Agreement: The AAICLAS may terminate the contract if:
(a) The Engineer is unable to address the assigned work;
(b) Quality of assigned work is not to the satisfaction of AAICLAS;
(c) The Engineer fails in timely achievement of the milestones as finally
decided by the Competent Authority;
(d) The Engineer is found lacking in honesty and integrity;
i. The AAICLAS reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving one
months’ notice to the Engineer;
j. In case information furnished by the applicant is found to be incorrect
/false at any stage, the same will invite disqualification and/or action as
deemed appropriate by AAICLAS whose decision shall be binding and final;

1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS ON 15.11.2019:
1.1 Educational Qualifications (Essential):

1.4 Emoluments: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month plus applicable allowances &

2. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

3.2 Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria as on 15.11.2019, are required to appear for

3.3 Candidates belonging to OBC category should submit the certificate in the prescribed
format including the “Non-Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent Authority for
employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central list of OBC’s
published by the Government of India. Please also note that the validity of the “Non-
Creamy layer should not be older than Six (6) months from the date of the eligibility i.e.
01.06.2019 (Format of OBC certificate is attached as Annexure ‘B’).
3.4 A recent (not more than 3 months old) coloured passport size photograph of the full
face (front view) should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the Application Form.
3.5 Candidates are also required to submit along with the application, an A/c Payee Demand
Draft for an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favour of “AAI Cargo
Logistics & Allied Services Company Ltd.”, payable at NEW DELHI, as non-
refundable Application Fee (Not applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Female
candidates). Please mention your Full Name, date of birth and Mobile number on the
reverse of the Demand Draft.
3.6 Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings or
autonomous bodies must walk-in with the completed Application Form routed through
proper channel or along with “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
4.1 The short-listed candidates will be considered for engagement on a Fixed Term
Contract basis (FTC) initially for a period of one year subject to their Medical Fitness,
prescribed for the position. The period of one year will be treated as probation period
and on successful completion of probation period, the period of engagement will be
considered for extension at the sole discretion of the Management of AAICLAS.
Selected candidates will have to join the station of engagement, then only the
appointment will come into force.
4.2 Selected Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Engagement Medical
Examination(s).
4.3 For the selection process, no reimbursement shall be made in this regard.
4.4 Period of Contract: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of one year.
(a) The FTC will be renewable at the sole discretion of the management of
AAICLAS only subject to satisfactory performance.
(b) The Contract could be terminated earlier at the discretion of the
Management during the validity of the contract, and/or in the event of
unsatisfactory performance. The job is transferable to any station in India.
4.5 Selected Candidates will be required to deposit an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand) only as ‘Security Deposit’ for a period of 1 year and have to sign a
Bond to serve the company for a period of 1 year. On completion of successful
contract engagement of one year, the ‘Security Deposit’ will be refunded to the
candidates. In case of failure of Contract Conditions of leaving the Company without
notice and/or their engagement is terminated due to reasons attributable to them,
the ‘Security Deposit’ will not be released and will be forfeited.
4.6 The applicant must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria, as on 15th
November 2019, and that the particulars furnished by them in the application are
correct in all respects. At any stage of the Selection Process, if the particulars
furnished by the applicants in the application or testimonials attached/provided are
found to be incorrect / false, or not meeting with the eligibility criteria prescribed for
the post, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if appointed, services will be
terminated, without giving any notice or reasons therefor.
4.7 Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside
influence, with regard to their engagement / selection shall be considered as
DISQUALIFICATION.
4.8 The decision of AAICLAS Management regarding the eligibility criteria, acceptance
or rejection of applications, mode of selection to the post etc. shall be final and
binding on all the candidates. Merely fulfilling the minimum qualifications,
experience and job requirement will not vest any right on candidates for being called
for tests/selection process etc. No correspondence will be entertained from

4.9 AAICLAS reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/enlarge/cancel the
engagement/selections process, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice
or assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the AAICLAS Management will
be final and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.
4.10 AAICLAS will not bear any liability on account of service bond/salary/leave salary
/pension contribution etc. if any, of previous employment of any candidate working

2. SELECTION PROCEDURE:
2.1 AVSEC CANDIDATES
Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria would be required to appear for interview
and the date of Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be intimated later.
2.2 Non-AVSEC CANDIDATES
Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria for the post, will have to undergo a Physical
Endurance Test (PET) which requires running of 100 meters in 16 seconds OR 1000
meters in 4.5 minutes as opted by the candidates. A relaxation of 6 seconds will be
given to female candidates for running of 100 meters in PET. This is also an elimination
round which takes the candidates to the next level.
Candidates who qualify in the PET would be required to undergo a Written Test on
the same day.
Those who qualify in the Written Test and fall within the zone of reservation will be
subjected to a personal interview.
There will be no negative marking in the written examination. Merit will be prepared
based on the marks acquired in Written Test and Interview.
The date of PET/ Written Test / Interview of the shortlisted candidates will be
announced later.
2.3 Dress code:
The candidates, in their own interest should come prepared for the Physical Endurance
Test with appropriate clothing like track suit / pair of shorts and running shoes, etc.

3.2 The applicants are advised to specify the subject line on the Envelope as “Application
for the post of Security Screeners” at ______________ Airport
3.3 Candidates belonging to OBC category, the category certificate should be in the
prescribed format including the “Non-Creamy layer clause” issued by the Competent
Authority for employment under Government of India and should be as per the Central
list of OBC’s published by the Government of India. Please also note that the validity of
the “Non-Creamy layer should not be older than Six (6) months from the date of the
eligibility i.e. 01.11.2019 (Format of OBC certificate is attached as Annexure ‘B’).
3.4 A recent (not more than 3 months old) coloured passport size photograph of the full
face (front view) should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the Application Form.
3.5 Candidates are also required submit along with application an A/c Payee Demand Draft
for an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in favour of “AAI Cargo
Logistics & Allied Services Company Ltd.”, payable at NEW DELHI, as non-
refundable Application Fee (Not applicable for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Female
candidates). Please mention your Full Name, date of birth and Mobile number on the
reverse of the Demand Draft.
3.6 Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings or
autonomous bodies, must walk-in with the completed Application Form routed through
proper channel or along with “No Objection Certificate” from their present employer.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
4.1 The short listed candidates will be considered for engagement on a Fixed Term
Contract basis (FTC) initially for a period of three / one /one years subject to their
Medical Fitness, prescribed for the position. The period of one year will be treated as
probation period and on successful completion of probation period, the period of
engagement will be considered for extension of two years at the sole discretion of the
Management of AAICLAS. Selected candidates have to join at the station of
engagement then only the appointment will come into force.
4.2 Selected Candidates will have to bear the cost of the Pre-Engagement Medical
Examination(s).
4.3 For the selection process i.e. PET and Written Test, candidates may be required to stay
back for a day or two at their own expenses, if required. No reimbursement shall be
made in this regard.
4.4 Period of Contract: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of three / one years.
(a) The FTC will be renewable only on clearing BASIC AVSEC Course in
maximum number of three chances and subject to satisfactory
performance.
(b) The Contract could be terminated earlier at the discretion of the
Management during the validity of the contract, and/or in the event of
unsatisfactory performance. The job is transferable to any station in India.
(c) The Contract could be terminated in case the candidate is unable to
qualify the requisite examinations conducted by Bureau of Civil
Aviation Security (BCAS) within prescribed time limit and only 3
attempts will be permitted to qualify requisite examinations. In other
words, the passing of requisite examinations within the prescribed limit
conducted by BCAS is mandatory condition for continuation of
Contract.
4.5 Selected Candidates will be required to deposit an amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees
Fifty thousand only) as ‘Security Deposit’ for a period of 3 years and have to sign a
Bond to serve the company for a period of 3 years. On completion of successful
contract engagement for three / one years the ‘Security Deposit’ will be refunded to
the candidates. In case of failure of Bond Conditions of leaving the Company without
notice and/or their engagement is terminated due to reasons attributable to them,
the ‘Security Deposit’ will not be released and will be forfeited.
4.6 The applicant must ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria, as on 15th
November 2019, and that the particulars furnished by them in the application are
correct in all respects. At any stage of the Selection Process, if the particulars provided
by the applicants in the application or testimonials attached/provided are found
incorrect / false, or not meeting with the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post, the
candidature is liable to be rejected and, if appointed, services will be terminated,
without giving any notice or reasons therefor.
4.7 Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside
influence, with regard to their engagement / selection shall be considered as
DISQUALIFICATION.
4.8 The decision of AAICLAS Management regarding the eligibility criteria, acceptance or
rejection of applications, mode of selection to the post etc. shall be final and binding
on all the candidates. Merely fulfilling of the minimum qualifications, experience and
job requirement will not vest any right on candidates for being called for
tests/selection process etc. No correspondence will be entertained from candidates
found ineligible or not called for test/selection process;
4.9 AAICLAS reserves the right to modify/alter/restrict/ enlarge/ cancel the
engagement/selections process, if need so arises, without issuing any further notice
or assigning any reason whatsoever. The decision of the AAICLAS Management will
be final and no appeal will be entertained in this regard.
4.10 AAICLAS will not bear any liability on account of service bond/salary/leave salary
/pension contribution etc. if any, of previous employment of any candidate working
in Central/ State Government/Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking.
4.11 Prescribed format of Application is attached.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS

time.
6. DISCLAIMER
In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the
eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or
has suppressed any material fact(s), his /her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of
these shortcomings is / are detected even after appointment, his /her services are liable to
be terminated. Decisions of AAICLAS in all matters regarding eligibility, other tests and
selection would be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or
correspondence will be entertained by AAICLAS in this regard.
