Moquist’s in Thailand Prayer Letter July 2016 สว สด Sawatee-ka (Hello in Thai) ! We have officially been in Thailand for one week and what an exhausting, exhilarating, and exciting time it has been! Thank you so much for your prayers already - God has been so, so faithful to us and provided safe travels, health, new friendships, and more. The first week we have been busy with new staff orientation. The new hires this year total nearly twenty, not including the family members. It is such a fun blessing to see all the young families that have been faithful to God’s call to International Community School as well. Sessions for new staff have included Thai culture, insurance, banking, Thai language basics, integrating a biblical worldview into the classroom, and more. In addition to the sessions, families have been invited to breakfasts and lunches at the school with the new staff. Developing fast friendships has been a keystone here at ICS, which has been very easy to do. From the new staff to administration, people have been so, so kind and helpful in getting adjusted to this beautiful, exotic, and humid Bangkok life. THIS MONTH’S HIGHLIGHTS Eating new foods, like dragonfruit Grocery Shopping New friend & neighbor Everett :)

what an exhausting, exhilarating, and exciting time it has been!
