The beginning ofToyota Leasing (Thailand) Since 1956, Totoya Group has entered into Thailand’s automobile market, its first investment outside Japan. With warm acceptance and support, the group has continuously extended the business network to cover many areas from manufacturing, services and other supportive businesses. As a part of Toyota network, Toyota Leasing is the first financial subsidiary of Totota Group outside Japan which was founded in the Southeast Asia region. It offers comprehensive auto financial services to customers and authorized Toyota dealers, Lexus and Hino in Thailand.

For SABUY: D Program, they can divide their payments into two periods and pay the installments easily as well as getting other good options after they completely paid the installments for the first period.

Auto Finance for Farmers Sompong Somjai…Auto Finance for Farmers allow farmers to pay the installments based on the harvest seasons: every three months, every six months or every year.

Auto Finance for Used Cars This service is applied for both Toyota cars and other brands. They can sell, purchase, or exchange under the terms and conditions of Toyota Sure service all over Thailand.


Auto Finance for Business This service is available for large corporations, which require fleet or plan to purchase new cars in the future. With this auto financial service, they will receive auto loan with their desired term period. Financial Lease offers the effective interest rate which help our customers to manage their money with the most effective tax benefit.

Refinance Sabai Jai offers the privileges to the existing customers, who are paying the installments at least 50% of the total auto hire purchase with no accrued installment payment. They are able to apply for cash under Sabai Jai program. Sabai Cash is available for the owners of any cars, who has no accrued installment payment. Just bring your vehicle registration book to Toyota Sure service center across Thailand, we provide a car appraisal and offer an auto loan up to 90% of the appraised value of the car.

Tris Rating affirms the rating on TLT’s guaranteed debentures, issued under its Bt 130,000 million Thai Baht Debentures Programme, at “AAA” and “T1+”. All rated debentures of TLT are guaranteed by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., (TMF or Guarantor). TMF is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Financial Service Corporation (TFS), which is 100% held by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), the ultimate parent company. All three companies, TMF, TFS, and TMC, are rated “AA-” by S&P Global Ratings and “Aa3” by Moody’s Investor Service (Moody’s), with short-term issue ratings at “A-1+” by S&P Global Rating and at “P-1” by Moody’s.

KEY RATING CONSIDERATIONSUnconditional and Irrevocable guarantee The ratings of TLT’s guaranteed debentures reflect the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee given by TMF, whose rating is based on the credit strength of TMC. Under this guarantee structure, TMC has provide a Credit Support Agreement (CSA) to TFS, which has, in turn, provided a CSA to TMF. Under the terms of the CSA, TMC will provide sufficient liquidity for the obligations of bonds, debentures, and commercial papers of both subsidiaries, TFS and TMF. TMC will also provide sufficient liquidity for TMF’s guarantee obligations.

RATING OUTLOOK The “stable” outlook reflects the creditworthiness of TMF or TLT’s Guarantor. TMF’s credit profile is reflected by the creditworthiness of the ultimate parent, TMC. TMC’s current international scale company ratings of “AA-/Stable” assigned by S&P Global Rating and “Aa3/Stable” by Moody’s still reflect TMC’s relatively strong credit profile when compared with TRIS Rating’s “AAA” national scale rating.
