Te Room Locator is an IR (inrared)signaling unit used with IR-enabled tagsto provide a method o locating taggedassets. Each Room Locator transmitsan inrared pulse pattern containinga unique 3-digit location code. Testrength o the IR transmissions can bemanually adjusted, with typical coverage

perimeters measuring 35 eet. Coveragezones are limited by solid physical

structures such as walls, however IRtransmits easily within line-o-site, andsignal bouncing eectively oods theentire room with the location code.

With simple installation, modular designand low price, Room Locators provide aneconomical solution to a wide variety oasset tracking problems. Large populationso tags can be monitored using a singlereader. Since the location o tagged assetsis determined via IR status reports, there isno need or deploying multiple overlapping

readers, signal strength calculations, orcomplicated triangulation algorithms.

Te A750 has a discrete dome ormactor that is 4.46 inches in diameterby 1.36 inches in depth. Te A750backplate also serves the mountingbracket. wo screws attach the A750unit to the wall or ceiling, aer which thecover snaps onto the mounting plate.

Easy to install and afordable, the A750transmit a uniqie IR signature that enablesroom-level accuracy tracking solutionswhen used with IR-enabled asset tags.
