Hello, my name is Adeline. I live in Gulfport, Mississippi.I took a trip to Tokyo , Japan to see my friends.
Pacific Ocean
From Gulfport to Tokyo is 6,884 miles.
Mom and dad said our flight was over 15 hours long!

Cherry Blossoms
First my friends took me to the park to see the beautiful Cherry Blossom trees.
They taught me the Japanese word for Cherry Blossoms is Sakura .
Train Ride
Tokyo is so very big. There are many trains to take people many places. We rode a train to Tokyo Tower. The Japanese word for train is Densha
Tokyo Tower
Tokyo Tower is a communication and observation tower. It is 1,092 feet tall.
Here we are having fun outside of the tower
My friends told me pictures of Tokyo Tower are used in movies, video games, and anime cartoons.That is so cool!
Lunch
We ate a delicious Japanese lunch and drank good tea. The Japanese word for lunch is Chushoku.
Going Home
It was soon time to return to my friends’ home. We rode a cool bus with ‘Hello Kitty’ on it. The Japanese word for bus is basu.
