Meals...Calcot Kids' Tea is served every afternoon in The Gumstool from

5:00pm to 6:00pm (earlier times available on request). OurKids Tea is a home-cooked meal with age appropriate portions.

‘Ella’s Kitchen’ pouches are also available. It isn’t necessary to book, as children are automatically booked.

Families are warmly welcomed in The Gumstool and The Conservatory and a children’s menu is available for lunch and dinner. Parents

are welcome to eat at Kids' Tea (from the reduced all-day menu) if they would prefer.

If children would like to eat with their parents later in the evening, they have an allowance of £7.50 each towards food.

The Playbarn...The Playbarn is open every day from 9:00am until 1:00pm and again from

1.30pm until 5.30pm. Staffed by qualified nannies there are toys,games and activities for children of all ages.

Booking is essential for under 2’s as places are limited. We also have a small outdoor play area with a pirate ship climbing

frame, plus 220 acres of wide open space for fun and games!

Babysitting...Babysitting can be arranged at an extra cost (£10 per hour paying the

sitter directly, £12 per hour charged to a hotel room or suite).

All of our sitters are DBS checked. Many are nannies from The Playbarn, so have first aid training and are used to looking after children of all ages.

Some sitters are from other departments across the hotel.

Swimming...Children’s swimming times are from 3.45pm until 5.15pm every afternoon

and from 8.45am until 10.15am on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Outside of these times, Calcot Spa is for our adult guests only. The heated outdoor pool is open every day during the summer months (May to September) from 8:00am until 8:00pm. Children may swim at any time, but will need adult supervision.

Other Activities...Calcot Spa offers some teen treatments for guests aged 13 years plus.

Children’s Bake Time runs every Saturday morning from 10.30am,for children aged 5 years plus.

Calcot Spa has children’s bikes as well as a pull-along carriage. These need to be booked in advance.

Disc golf is suitable for all ages.

Outdoor activities during school holidays. Please ask at Reception.

Cinema nights during school holidays.
