A student’s contribution to reducing green house gases.

The evidence for Greenhouse Gases contributing to climate change is irrefutable (1).

By the turn of the century, i.e., 2100, the planet’s temperature will rise by 4C or more if nothing is done (2).

I intend to do something.

Reduce Garbage

Avoid excessive packaging, boycott plastic water bottles and buy in bulk.

Advocate alternative energies

Put pressure on governments to shut down coal-fired power plants. Provide incentives forSolar power.

Avoid the use of cars

Buy locally grown produce

Support local farmers. Avoid produce that is transported long distances

Think locally
