1. An applicant must be a member of the Polish Union of America who complied with the requirements set by a rededication commitment letter sent in February 2016. If you have any questions call: 716-677-0220, or toll free: 1-800-724-2782.

2. An applicant must be planning to enroll or already be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate and/or graduate course of study for the 2016-2017 academic year.

3. Along with the 2016 Scholarship Application Form, an applicant must submit a copy of their most recent college or high school senior transcripts; and a current photo with the applicant’s name printed on the reverse side. No exceptions. This is a requirement. Incomplete applications will be returned.

4. Deadline: July 10, 2016. Applications postmarked after July 10, 2016, will NOT be considered.

5. Polish Union of America Scholarships will be awarded in two categories:

a. $100 will be awarded to a member, who because of location does not participate in Polish Union of America activities, but is involved in Polish Cultural or Church activities in their area, which is the National Board Scholarship.

b. $200 will be awarded to a member who submits a cover letter, or essay requesting consideration for our named scholarships. You can only submit for one named scholarship.
