Ally and Anju decided to go into the depths of their closets and finally bring out the numerous saris that sat there, unused for so many years.
They decided to wear a 100 saris on different occasions in 2015
The #100saripact is just that!
They also invited a few of their friends to join the pact and upload pictures of themselves along with a few anecdotes about their sari.

The #100saripact has developed a life of its own. Women all over the country are taking a keen interest in this pact and stories and pictures are being uploaded from all over the country.
The sari is the oldest surviving unstitched garment from the past. It would not be too far from the truth to say that the sari is indeed the coolest Indian garment.
