A REPORT ON INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans V.M Public School celebrated 71st Independence Day with great

enthusiasm. Mr.Rajeev Singhal, Principal, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s was the chief guest of

the ceremony.

The school NCC cadets received and

escorted the Chief Guest for the

ceremony to the gathering.A sapling

was presented to the Chief Guest by the

cultural prefects to the mark of 70th

anniversary of Indian Independence.

The national flag was hoisted at the

midriff of the school building at 9:00

am. All students and teachers saluted

the National flag and then sang the

National Anthem.

A cultural programme was presented by the

students which included patriotic songs, a

group dance and skit.

The Chief Guest addressed and shared his thoughts, on the great sacrifices by the

freedom fighters, preciousness of freedom and emphasized to preserve it. The

ceremony came to an end with distribution of sweets and the students left the school

with great feeling of patriotism, nationalism and respect for tricolor in their hearts.
