This is the first screen you are presented with upon logging on to Reflect via the IfL website (http://www.ifl.ac.uk/)

You will notice that my current Reflect activity has a bit going on. This is because I have been using the tool for the past

couple of years. If it is your first time here, however, there should be a bunch of zeroes to look at. Click create new.

You will see a number of options pop up; these are all things you can do/write on the Reflect tool to log your CPD. But,

first the best thing to do is create your CPD Record (as this is where all the other things AKA assets will end up).

The next thing to do is to click on CPD Record to create your area for logging all your CPD activity.

certain information about your CPD Record, such as a name and description.
