1.2: Prince Charming

Last time…

Harry moved to Sunset Valley, and met Monika Morris and Blair Wainright. He and Blair spent a night together, but Harry found himself constantly thinking of Monika…

Harry got a promotion at work the next morning, thanks to his partially successful time spent on the running machine.

“Hi, is this Monika?”“Yes, who is this?”“Harry, we met yesterday, and I-”“Oh, yeah I remember you.”“Look, I’m sorry for what I said. Do you want to come over later tonight so I can make amends for what I did?”“If you insist…”

When Harry got home, he got a call from someone else.

“Harry? It’s Blair,” she said, sounding upset. “I… I’m pregnant! It’s your baby…”

“Blair, I’m… I’m so sorry. I’ll come over right away.”

“What? No don’t worry about it, I’m dating someone else now..”

Harry (being the Prince Charming that he is) went over anyway.

“Blair, I’m not really interested in a serious relationship, can we just be friends?”

“Yes, I’m dating Cycl0ne now anyway.”

(Sims, huh?)

When he returned home, Monika was waiting for him.

“Monika, I’m so sorry for everything I said. I… I just can’t stop thinking about you.”

“The thing is…” Monika said, “I can’t stop thinking about you either. I can’t stay right now, I have to go to work. I know about you and Blair, but I don’t care…“I’ve never met someone who thinks so much like me. Our mental synchronization can have but one explanation. You-”“-and I-”“Were just meant to be!”

“I’ll call you tomorrow,” said Harry, kissing her lightly.

The next morning, Harry got two phone calls. The first was from Blair:

“Harry? It’s a boy! I named him Zebulon!”

“You named him WHAT?”

The second was even less welcome:

“Grandmother?”

“Henry. I heard about Zebulon Wainright being born. You are in big trouble, and I expect you to get married to someone suitable as soon as possible.”

“Hi,” said Harry to Monika when she arrived the next day. “Look, can I say something crazy?”

“Will you marry me?”

“Can I say something even crazier?”

“YES!”

Since it was getting late, Monika spent the night and they decided to get married the next morning.

They had a small private wedding.

And then they had some fun in the bedroom…

With the money Monika brought to the household, a new house (that was slightly more palace-like) was built.
