Docks, beaches, boathouses, breakwaters, retaining walls, etc. are regulated under RSA 482‐A and administered by the NH Wetlands Bureau…

Most all work “in the water” or “on the bank” will require a Wetlands Permitwill require a Wetlands Permit.
