Long time observation is what these photographs and the work „Warrior“ have in common. „Warrior“ is an observation of my own person. A time frame is given by my physical force. The work consists of a woolen coat with bags sewn on it. They are meant to carry a personal choice of books. Each bag is made for a certain book. The installation shows the coat with the books stacked next to it. The film first shows me putting on the coat. Then the coat is loaded with the books until their weight is tearing me down.

Assembling the Parka

Assembling the Parka organizes itself on the modelful pattern of a parka. A piece of paper represents a bag and thus a book at the coat and the (short-)title of the book is marked on it.
