The other 4 are fully committed on MLM projects• Extra 109 workers have been identified and registered

to participate in a SETA Learnership programme

– Unknown services (14 days) – Illegal strike action (21 days)– Use of stadium for soccer matches (5 days)– Use of stadium for rugby– Performance of the Contractor


RECOVERY PLANRECOVERY PLAN• Extra 1 fixed Crane and two mobile cranes • Additional set of shuttering for more welding • Additional working hours during week days

– But time off on pay Fridays and Saturdays • 50% working on Saturdays • Additional site team and supervisors • Night work for precast units• Regular motivational talks with the workforce by

a professional motivational speaker

September 2008 (20 days), with extra R1.5 m– Contractor rejected the offer – Parties currently in discussion, failing which will go

ahead with adjudication
