Accomplishments To-Date Governance •  Community Leadership Council formed and its regular meetings attract an

average of 200 individuals •  Operating Committee formed and meets every 14 days •  Five Task Forces launched; four more in the pipeline •  Impact Dashboard released to transparently track progress

School Supports •  Coordinated Erie County commitment to fund expansion of mental health

clinics located within Buffalo public school buildings •  All 33,000 BPS students are being enrolled in Student Management

System •  42 schools have site facilitators in their buildings •  Facilitated development of quality after school programming framework

and working with District to bring it to scale

Scholarships •  In first year of providing scholarships, there was a nine-percentage-point

increase in the number of students matriculating to college versus last year •  995 Class of 2013 students started college with help from Say Yes •  Raised $19 million toward scholarships at 74 public colleges & universities •  Recruited 53 private colleges to provide scholarships to Say Yes students •  200 members of Class of 2013 participated in a summer bridge program

further to prepare them for college transition
