We are on the same team fighting for the same thing, on that let's be clear,

If you look only at our wins and loses, it would appear we had a bad year,

Sure I have made some costly turnovers at very

crucial points of the 4th quarter,

Seeing how some of those choices affected our

team chemistry makes me play harder & smarter,

Even when I look back at game film,

I see missed block-out assignments and my man getting the offensive rebound,

Or when I play overly aggressive on defense and allow dribble penetration,

which is defensively not sound,

At other times you were open and I opted not to pass

you the ball as if you I did not see,

Being a good teammate I have not always been,

so as I learn to be, please be patient with me,

My passion can get the best of me and is often misunderstood

and I am rewarded with technical fouls,

I can recall many situations when you tried to call a timeout to

bring calm to the situation and that I would not allow,

But that season was last season, now we begin training harder,

so next season we can play like champions and end up on top,

Please know you are the very BEST teammate I ever had and when my career ends, being on your team is where it stops!!!!
