FAQs FAQs1. What is Fairway Suites? This is an apartment project by Tembo Ventures Housing Co-operative Society

Ltd comprising of 1 and 2 bedroom units.2. Where is it located? Fairway Suites is located in Ruiru area along Eastern Bypass off Thika Road, shortly

after the famous Kamakis Choma Zone.3. How far is Fairway Suites from the tarmac? The Apartments are only 100 metres from Eastern Bypass.4. How many units does the project have? The project has 20 1-bedroom units (53sqm), 30 2-bedroom

units (67sqm) and 5 shops (26sqm).5. Are the units ready for occupation? No. The project is on off-plan model.6. When is the groundbreaking for the project? Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for June,

2021.7. How long is the construction period projected to take? The construction is projected to take 18 months.8. How many floors will the project have? The project is a 5-storey building with the ground floor being

dedicated for parking.9. Will the project have a lift? No.10. Can a non-member buy the project? The project is open to both members and non-members.11. Is the member price different from the non-member price? Yes.12. What payment options are available? We have one-off cash price, Instalment and Mortgage Plans.13. Are all the payment options available for both members and non-members? Yes.14. How much does one need to book a unit? At least 30% of the unit price.15. How long is the repayment period for the Installment option? You are required to pay 30% deposit and

clear the remainder within 1 year.16. What happens in the event one is unable to complete the payment after committing the booking fee?

The society will refund the amount paid less a penalty. The penalty amount will be subject to the stage at which the member pulls out.

17. Are the prices uniform across all the floors? Yes. The unit prices are uniform across all floors and the units are issued on First pay, First served basis.

18. Are the parking slots communal or are they assigned to specific units? The parking is communal but may be assigned on need basis.

19. What will be the ownership documents upon purchase? Each unit will have its own Lease Certificate as ownership document.

20. Do the prices include the legal and other county fees? The legal fees are not included in the prices. This will be paid by the member before project completion.

21. Can members use their lawyers for conveyance? Yes. Members are allowed to use their private lawyers for the legal aspects of the project.

22. Where can one get the drawings or layout plan? The drawings and the layout plan have been incorporated in our brochure which can be downloaded online on our website and social media sites. Members can also pick a hard copy of the same from our offices.

23. Where are your offices? We are located at Tembo Plaza along Garden Estate Road Mukima Drive, off Thika Road.
