Compassion of Jesus Explained

• This is a program that reaches out to the needy of our church members, community, South Africa, Africa and the Globe. This program is the Holy Ghost idea where He reminded us of what our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ did. In the book of John 6v2 He lifted His eyes and saw the crowd…” the first thing He noticed is that they were hungry, He took care of their physical needs.

• He preached to a crowd that had just been fed miraculously. So our act is in response to the act of Jesus’ Compassion.

Outreach

• Due to the funds at our disposal we currently help 8 families which we trust God to grow in the next year.

• Our Goal is to be the relevant church not a passive church.

• Funding for the meals is from the offering of the church. Meals Include 2,5 Kg Mealie Meal, Soya soup and a can of beans.

Educating Our Community

• Education gives you wings to fly but wisdom helps you sustain the wings-Minister Irvine Mduduzi Mngadi

Adult Basic Education Training (ABET)

• This is a project that began in February 2009• This project is government sponsored, to train

and teach the elderly people from our village and also those who did not have an opportunity to get to higher learning

• The Church currently employs 3 educators, site coordinator and a site manager

• The project for basic education currently enrolled 65 learners

Project Literacy Joining Hands With The Church

• The Government initiative together with Project Literacy joining hands with the church for Development.

Inkanyiso 8 Missions

• This is a project that cares for the orphaned and at risk children in our community-Driefontein.

• The project will have its own offices soon and fully registered as an NPO

• This project will be commencing soon after the volunteers have been trained on two modules in child care in the month of August 2009.

• Praise God training is accredited• Training will be sponsored by National

Association of Child Care Work (NACCW)
