This year’s mock trial competitions attracted new members of the State Bar of Nevada, along with some seasoned practitioners. New and returning members alike were on hand to offer their expertise, support and encouragement to area students. The state competition was held in Reno February 27 and 28. Nevada’s High School Mock Trial program continues to grow thanks largely to the many attorneys and judges who give their time both to coach our teams and/or to judge the competitions. This year’s mock trial competitions attracted new members of the State Bar of Nevada, along with some seasoned practitioners. New and returning members alike were on

hand to offer their expertise, support and encouragement to area students.

The state competition was held in Reno February 27 and 28. Bishop Gorman High School won the competition and will represent Nevada at the National High School Mock Trial Competition in Atlanta, Georgia in early May.
